If i could give negative stars, I would. Please read M G review of this place. Very accurate. Had similar experiences. The girl working the drive through at 1845 on June 9 needs to be fired. The employees here should not be working in customer service and definitely not handling food. This location lost another customer because of the horrible customer service and frequency of mistakes.
This place deserves negative -5 stars . It's the closet T bell to me so whenever my kids want it I go here for convenience but never again. They never get the order right or I end up missing items I paid for . They have the rudest , most unprofessional staff ever. Sorry if you hate your job but you are getting paid to do your job accurately. It's not the customers fault you're unhappy or don't have the correct/appropriate training to deal with customers. The employees don't wear name badges and they don't tell you their names. The manager Martha refused to fix my order that THEY got wrong , and refused to tell me her name. She instructed everyone to not tell me her name. I only got it when I over heard another employee call her .I've reached out to corporate and will not stop calling them until I get a response. This time it went too far with the disrespect from the employees. The Spanish speaking cooks thought I couldn't understand them but surprise I'm fluent.The owner needs to do something about the staff and who they put in place as "Manager ". But I doubt anything will change. It's not about good service , or good products anymore .I'm sure they hire anyone willing to put on the uniform.
The veggie bowl food quantity is very low compare to most of the other places. A few months back I had the same dishes in pacifica beach taco bell and it was awesome. The quantity is almost double and the quality & taste were awesome. The rating explains it.
I would give zero stars if I could. They have forgotten at least one item off our order every time we have gone. Beans have been cold. Today was the last straw for me when I was trying to confirm and finish my order and the lady on the other side didn’t even want to repeat my order OR let me finish ADDING my other items. I drove off and will not be going back to this Taco Bell ever again …. Have given them too many chances to get it right but clearly if you don’t want to repeat my order back then you’re obviously not going to care about forgetting my items. Horrible customer service and demeanor.
The cashier Maria was very rude to us. She was forcing us to give our order when me and my kids were telling her to wait. The drive through was empty so I don’t know why she was in such a hurry but she was very rude.
I don’t do reviews but this was the worst service of my life. Line workers that were making the food were helpful and finally resolved my problem but the drive thru cashiers were no help waited for like 20 mins for my food when I originally came they the drive food
Every time my order is either wrong or poor quality. I think the staff have terrible managers to allow this type of service. Do NOT order here unless you want your order to be made wrong.
Me and my son went around 10am through drive thru. I wish I would have took pictures of our food. We were told to park in the front and wait for our food. I ordered 1- 5 layer beef burrito, 1 quesadilla and regular hard taco. The taco was literally in about 6 peices. Quesadilla was not cut up and 5 layer burrito tasted like nacho cheese sauce wrapped in a tortilla with no meat. Not sure what going on here but guess this is now what $12 gets you. Pretty disappointed
Place has went down hill. Can't ever seem to get an order right. Always something missing. Careless when it comes to packaging. Taco Bell corporate doesn't seem to care. Bay area service for ya. And fast food workers want 15+ an hour. What a joke.
The usual Taco Bell. Service at the drive through is always shaky. Perhaps they are new hires? Have to really check they give you everything you ordered. Prefer the walk up counter inside, but they are not as fast as the drive-through..oh well.
