Last 3 times here, my order wasn't complete. I would constantly be missing a few items from my order. In the 3 trips I can recall missing the following from my order:- 2 crunch wrap supreme- Burrito supreme- 2 doritos locos tacos- nacho fries
The woman working at the cashier is just horrible. She ignored me and my family when we went to order and was doing something on her phone, despite of us repeatedly saying 'excuse me'. Her coworker had to call her out so she would pay attention to her customers (she rolled her eyes, might I add).
This is the second time ive been to a Taco bell in 2 years.The servers were nice and very fast.The food was hot and tasted great. Surprisingly the taco bell was very clean! Most high traffic fast food places, it's a gamble how clean they are. This place was very nice.One issue: the bathroom was gross.The toilet was clogged and the floor was a mess of overflow water and filth.But it didn't affect the dining area nor did I get sick from possible contamination. So the workers did well containing the mess.
I don't expect a lot from fast food, for a taco bell the food is above average considering freshness, but again it's a fast food restaurant, not a 5 star restaurant.Their customer service is weak and they often don't stay open until their posted times and other times they cannot take card and I had to order online.They screw up my order every now and then and have caused me to drive back, I'm not mad, again it's far food run by teenagers. Considering that it's pretty decent. Just check your order and tell them not to throw 1000 hot sauces in your bag. Nobody needs 1000 hot sauces.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have had the misfortune of living near. The past 4 times we have picked something up from the drive-through, the food is full of incorrect ingredients (such as tomatoes and lettuce in a quesadilla or crunch wrap), so undercooked that the shredded cheese isn't even melted, and ice-cold in a matter of minutes. We're tired of them taking our money for inedible trash, so we aren't going anymore. You should stay away too.This is the first business that has failed so consistently and thoroughly that I've bothered to write a review. Go to the Taco Bell in Union City without the drive-through (corner of Decoto and Niles-Alvarado). They actually cook their food!
I just went to the Fremont st, Taco Bell omg noooo meat, only lettuce and tomato on the wrap, only like a small coin size on the end.. that’s not right,, ughhh so mad ? do we have to pay for the meat !!!!
I am a vegetarian and ordered black beans burrito. Big bummer to receive a burrito with meat. We have been having misses with this particular Taco Bell in past as well - they don’t give sauce packets, fillings in your item are very less, taking over an hour to get ready, not taking care or special instructions. As a vegetarian it’s a big miss and something that I can’t ignore that they added meat in something that I ordered from vegetarian menu. Not going back to this place for sure
Every single time they ask what kind of sauce I want at drive through and I tell them. When I get to the window and they hand me the order and I ask if the sauce is in there, they lie and say yes it is. I get home and there's no sauce in the bag. It's happened a few times, not just once. Its really irritating. Why bother even asking if I want sauce and what kind!!!
It's Taco Bell!They do an excellent job, getting things out quickly and understand vegetarians making subs to beans.The only complaint is they mess up my wife's order by still adding lettuce when I ask it to be removed!
First they try telling me I have all my items when I clearly see I'm missing one. Then, they're rude when they give me my missing item. Not even an apology. I usually go to this taco bell a couple times a week, but I think I'll start going to the other one down the road on Thornton from now on.
