They usually have only one person working. Online ordering doesn't make any difference. If you go to Express Pickup, they will still serve everyone in the ordering line until they even start making your sandwich. I went 20 mins after my order and ended up waiting for 2 customers who entered after me. Not the first time this happened to me here. Lesson learned, order online, go in 5 mins and wait in line like everyone else. Terrible customer service! And they are super slow too!
This is my favorite Suwbay in Fremont. The way they later sandwiches is perfect to prevent sogginess and their bread is so soft unlike other Subways with fresh ingredients. In the morning I see fresh coming out of the oven everyday! Their customer service is really good. I wanted to try their new sauces without having to add them in my sandwich so gave me on the side. They are bit short staffed at the moment so it could take a while sometimes but for the quality I would come again and again!
Subway is well known so nothing to report about it. But the server was good and efficient.
I come for the freshly baked cookies and bread at this Subway. Also the customer service is impeccable. I stood in line longer than usual and they offered me a free chocolate chip cookie!Heads up…they don’t accept coupons. However they are a business trying to survive so I understand where they are coming from.
this is an update from my last review dated 1/24.I had used stronger language as I was furious, but I could say the same to you. How can you accuse a child of taking advantage of you when presenting a coupon at the cashier is a perfectly normal thing to do?You had not clearly presented her with 2 choices. You simply asked her to pay and assumed informed consent. And basing off your attitude in writing this long paragraph in response to my sentence, I can tell you don't have much patience and understanding.Covid affected a lot of families, not just yours, don't rely on the family-business card when lots of people in the community has also been suffering. I would advise you to place a disclaimer in your store saying that you don't accept coupons to prevent future recurrences of this situation. This will work much better than writing paragraphs long of a hostile response to my review on Google. Not a lot of people read reviews before going to a subway.one more thing, you email me and accusing me of trying to scam your business by using a valid subway coupon? I'm totally speechless to an unreasonable statement of yours, you win big here.my review on 1/24:It’s a scam, a kid gave the coupon to buy 6" subs for $3.49. They insisted they can’t accept coupon and charged her $8.80 instead. A real scam and fake ads to bring customer to their restaurant and charges outrageous. I despise you to con a child in this manner
They don't take any Subway coupons, but sandwich was fine.
Very friendly staff! Fast service. Warm gooey cookies were the highlight!
Typical Subway. Minus a star because this location doesn’t accept Subway coupons.
Bread was flat - ordered italian herb and spices...it was literally flat. Person who waited on me (lots of tattoos) didn't smile or even thank me for patronizing the restaurant. Won't be going back.
There’s always fresh bread and freshly cut veggies. Also the location is nice so it’s a good quick stop for a sub. They’re generous with toppings and that’s always a plus.
