Didn’t have many vegetables left, skimped on giving whatever remained, twice tried to quickly end my sandwich while I was asking for veggiesOverall this is one of the worst subways I’ve been to
Avoid at all cost. I really dont understand why the staff here behaves so carelessly. This quality of sandwich is very bad. Sometimes veggies seems old while sometimes the staff dont know how to make a subway sandwich. The only reason this place is running because of its location. I would avoid this subway at all cost. There are lots of other subways in fremont/newark area.
I just left the Paseo Padre store, I ordered two sandwiches and she got them both wrong. I wanted a tuna on white bread heated and I said that was all on that one. Then I ordered another ft long in white bread with ham, provolone, light lettuce (she put a lot on) olives and onions. It wasn’t until I got home to find she put all the produce in the hot tuna (my husband doesn’t eat produce on his sandwiches) and none on mine. She had one job to do and she couldn’t even get that right. She doesn’t handle customers well at all. Done going there unless the men are working
Horrible customer service and the owner is very rude on the phone. Please refrain yourself from going to this subway.
Staff behaves as if you are forcing them to make your sandwich. 9 out of 10 times, they want to just chat amongst themselves/sit on the side watching something on their phones. I prefer if my food/sandwich is made by someone who is actually happy to make it rather than such staff. Terrible experience every time you go, no matter what time of the day. Absolutely recommend finding a different restaurant or a different location if you really want to have a Subway!
Highly recommend not ordering a sandwich close to closing.
This branch is not accepting coupons. That's sad. Coupons are accepted by all shops.
The owner cannot provide a good subway experience. They don’t know how to make good sandwiches. My sandwich was poorly packed and was all over the place when i opened it.They don’t follow hygiene as well. I saw the person wiping the table clean with their gloves and then use the same for making sandwich.
Seeing how the cold cut wrap is shorter than a footlong and has less cheese (3 pieces instead of 4), I fail to understand why it's more expensive. I'm also guessing it has less protein since it has less cheese.
Stuff not really friendly and too pricey
