If there is option to give zero star, I would. We were there Tuesday dinner time. I asked for steak and cheese. The lady said no more steak with annoyed attitude. We decided to get 2 footlong Black Forest ham. When I asked for cucumber, the lady shouted that Subway never had cucumbers. I was a little shocked because of the tone and also the statement. I ate at a lot of Subways in the past. This is the first one said they don’t provide cucumbers. Moreover, the quality of the sub is pretty bad. The ham taste not fresh at all. this is my daughter’s favorite sub, but she barely ate 1/3. I would stay away from this store. Terrible staff. Terrible food.
I really liked this subway until they scammed me. I lived near by and would come in regularly. I went to use a coupon and they acted like they wouldn’t honor it, I could have used the app and had the deal honored but somehow in their store it wouldn’t have applied. The acted as if they did me a favor by deciding to honor the coupon anyways but added an inflated up charge for an item on my sandwiches conveniently totally to the cost of my 2nd sandwich in the buy one get one deal. So basically the coupon was nullified and I paid just as much as I normally would have- I wouldn’t have gone into the subway if it wasn’t for the coupon.For that reason this place cannot be trusted and they’ve lost my business. They were great the dozen times I went in before so it’s disappointing they would be so greedy to exploit their customers like this.
I expect more from subway.I watched the worker handle cash and coins with gloves on after she made the previous persons order, and then proceed to make my order without changing the gloves. She didn't really seem to know what was going on while making my order, and then she sneezed into her hand. I could clearly see her at the sink pretending to wash her hands, did not even get her hands wet, and the sink literally did not even have soap at it so she did not use soap either- so she sneezed into her hands and did not wash them.Disgusting.
Rude employee. He shouted at me for placing a curb side pickup and refused to come out and deliver. “Dude you need to come inside and pickup the order”. So much attitude. I am never going back to this place.
Rude service, poor quality. Sandwich was left in the toaster way too long causing the bread to be rock hard in the meat burnt. The young man had a really bad attitude with no manners. I'll be sure to never go here again. Jimmy John's is worth the drive.

Girl didn't understand what shakers were and said they didn't have any. I had to find them and point them out. She then gave me an attitude. Sandwiches were pretty sloppy but didn't taste bad.

Worst experience ever ? one of the staff was very rude and disrespectful she didn’t know how to talk to customers I will never go there again!
Worst attitude of employee I have ever experienced. Mostly answered my requests with grunts and never said thank you or any other normal pleasantry. Mumbled so I couldn't understand most of what he said, and told me I couldn't eat inside even though the restriction had been lifted by the county.
