Good ambiance & clean
My experience was amazing, the baristas that helped me out was Michael and Jay what I appreciated most about my visit was that they took their time to make my drink right, and to get to know me
Great place just like them all - would have given em 5 stars but they had a bit of an unclean outdoor sitting area that was uninviting and had a bit of a ( people sleep there overnight) kinda vibe.
Expect a long wait for your drinks. They're chronically understaffed and use broken machinery. The workers look super depressed. Management is probably to blame.
This morning went to get coffee just after 6am. I was handed the coffee that was fresh brewed, I had waited for it to finish. The coffee was barely warm. I told the barista she asked the other one what happened. They gave me another Pike brew this time barely any hotter. This is the 2nd time in a month with hot coffee being cold and the staff has no clue. It appears all orders this morning were not hot.Avoid this place and give your money to a different Starbucks if you must.

Quick easy iced mocha to ho.
Can't get an order right to save there life. Asked no ice 2x also can't seem to understand what a splash of half and half means. Had this issue about 2 times now. Come on, just listen to the customer
