Allergies can KILL.I'm lucky, somedays I 'just' get a little sick.Other times I get violently ill.Today was the second time I got whipped cream on a Frappuccino after being very VERY specific that I was allergic. Both times the barrista just used the lid to scrape the whipped cream off.I'm not comfortable with this.
Apparently they make your drink how they want and not how you asked, will argue with you about it and also rather give you 3 tall ice waters instead of the Trenta ice water because they "cant". Drove here from Hayward because the Starbucks in my area have declined in customer service but I guess that's everywhere now. Pete's, here I come!
Staff not very welcoming. Felt like i was bothering them when I ordered. Drink came out fast.
Updated: only got 3/4 amount from a venti drink.Cold foam Cascara Cold Brew ?Some staff here should be trained to be more friendly to customers.Updated: I ordered a Venti size but they got me a grande.
I usually go to drive thru. Always nice staff. Excellent customer service.

You can place the order, exactly what you want, but what are you going to get, that's a different story...And, yes. You will pay the second order, again.
Went for my free cup today and they were out of peppermint mocha!!! What?
Nothing about the food but about the service. So no mask no service here, I didn’t know about this, I’m from another state and seems like I’m from another planet. So I walked in and stayed inside for a few min until they started to talk to me. And I was told that I cannot order without a mask. Would they consider people like me from another state here? I know we are minorities here, but just in case make a few masks for the people like me, give it to me or SELL it to me, and I would buy your coffee for $8, this will be good for you and me. But, Starbucks, as always care about people, I know. Cheers
I ordered ahead 2 days in the first day my order wasn't ready and the girls said she didn't have an order for me so wanted to see my receipt I had to go back to my car to get my phone to show I placed the order. Finally received my order and they had no for for my salad and offered me a spoon. The second time I placed my order 3 days later they still didn't have forks seriously Target and Costco are both on the next block giving your customers a spoon to eat a salad is terrible but then 3 days later your still taping spoons to the order. Good news though at least they got my order right
