The staff were very kind and helpful. But the service was very disorganized. They failed to mention out names, all the ordered drinks were cluttered together and I waited longer because they handed my drink to someomeone else.
As an ex barista - don’t close 40 min early. Especially when drinks were made incorrectly.
Always great coffee! Willing to wait a few minutes since it’s always busy in the morning and after school rush….but some rude/impatient customers don’t seem to get the point lol.
Today is November 6. Starbucks thinks it's the Christmas season. From what I remember, that typically comes after Thanksgiving. I walk up to the door because I'm meeting a friend visiting from India and an instantly greeted with holiday music. The classics. Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas, O Come Ask Ye Faithful...etc. I look inside and everything is red instead of the regular green. You know what though... Not even mad. Felt good being consumed by the feel. Now I'm excited for the holidays. 4 stars only because I am not a Starbucks guy and I still think it is overpriced. But... you know what you're getting.
Starbucks has gone down hill ever since they have started accepting online orders. It’s chaos. People that actually order in the store have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get an overpriced cup of coffee. So not only are you charging me $5.00 for a “specialty drink” now I have to wait 5-10m while they fill online orders first. They have also given away two front door parking spots to these “curbside pick ups” which to me is ridiculous - park where you can just like everyone else does. The quality of drink has also gone down. Sometimes it will be on point other times I literally just paid $5+ for water. I’m done with Starbucks!! Just make it at home and watch your savings go up!!!
Our kids and I go here almost daily and the staff is excellent and friendly.

It was an unpleasant moment, I waited 10 minutes and they didn't give me the coffee. I left without coffee, maybe because I'm Latino, but it's not the only place that sells coffee
