I've gotten coffee from here at least 7 times.Their staff has become surprisingly rude. About a month ago, I was in the drive thru and ordered a black coffee with a splash of water (for someone with lactose intolerance) and they gave us something that looked like a latte and had milk.When we came back to the drive thru to tell them they gave us the wrong drink, they argued with us and gave us a hard time. We were honestly baffled.On a second occasion when my partner went to the drive thru to pickup his venti mobile order, one of the young girls gave him a grande and insisted that he had to come inside if he wanted it fixed to a venti. He asked her to make it there and she asked him if she should have the manager come to the window because she wouldn't make it unless he came inside. He didn't have time and had to leave with the grande. He's also super sweet and not very combative so it frustrated me that this staff worker was so serious about him "not holding up the line" yet she was ready to waste time by having a manager come to the window.Maybe just remake the drink instead of wasting time arguing and getting the manager?
Clean spacious! Friendly staff, allowed me to come one items to get more Stars Reward! Has good selection of tumblers and clearance SB Exclusive Gifts items! So I'll drop by periodically to find bargains :)

Drive thru is hopelessly slow, if you mobile order don't expect anything to still be warm and today I had to give up you could not even get into the parking lot.
Great experience ordering ahead. Food is ready quickly. They have a drive through which is always busy. Walk in with mobile order ahead is much faster.

Have to commend whoever is doing your ordering. Been on a roll lately not having certain products but to be out of all tea products and caramel at 6:15 pm on a Tuesday definitely took some slacking.
