Went at 9am on a weekday and this place was busy! Order early if you can. Near the hospital, so a lot of employees there on break. Has a small patio with a couple of tables outside.
I use the app and picked up my drink with 15 minutes. It's a nice convenient system that works well. Shout out to the Friendly & Efficient crew at the Mowery / Blacow store in Fremont...
They don’t listen to what you ask for and do the drink according to their convenience and they are very rude with the customer. I went multiple times to this store as I live close by and they always treat me the same way.

25 min to fill an order. Tables dirty with crumbs & deserted cups. Sad.
