Been here many times, they never call order names. I had a bad experience with my most recent order, they got my order wrong (didn't add the 2% milk i ordered on the drink). I asked for my drink to be adjusted and the staff wasn't very friendly about it. He gave me a separate cup of milk and went on about his work. Also the entire cup was full of ice. Very unfriendly/ uncomfortable experience
Returned here as soon as they were allowed to open during lockdown. December and her staff really are friendly all the time! They remember my drink, remember that I like to order online, and need to quickly pick up to go to work. Staff is always kind, make eye contact and chat when it's not too busy to do so. They are very aware when customers come in the door, greet and work efficiently! Many of my fave barista are here! My 1st choice location!

Our hot drinks was cold and their service horrible
Staff keeps things orderly, but line cue is a bit funky. People think you are in line for the toilet because you're so far off to the side
This is one of the worst branches I've ever been to. First there were 4 people working and it was a very quiet time. We came in the evening around 5:45.They asked me to wait before ordering. Ok no problem, but then with four people working and two people chatting in front of the register where I'm waiting I got a little peeved. Usually I don't have a problem waiting but it stretched in to a long time and again those two baristas were chatting right at the register I was waiting at.While I was waiting for my drink, the two people who ordered after me got their drinks first. When I went to ask after my drink they had it in the mobile order section just sitting there, not bothering to call my name. on top of all that I ordered a hot drink and the drink I got was iced. There was four people who couldn't be bothered to call my name.I wish I could say this was a one off, but unfortunately every time I come into this store, it's the same deal. I'm never coming here again
Ordered the drink online and waiting in the store, the barista didn’t call my name or drink name at all until I asked to her. My drink was hidden inside of the counter. I grabbed the drink and left because I wasted too much time waiting there and later I realized the barista even didn’t fill the drink full. Worst Starbucks ever
They don't do refills on refreshers. That was a disappointment after spending almost $5 on a 12 once drink. I ordered a grande. Still not sure I got my correct size.
I ordered ahead of time. The employees gave my drink to someone else and had to remake it. They made my drink wrong added no extra caramel sauce and they added the crunch to my caramel Frappuccino that I did not order. Smh
