Drinks are good, but last two times I did not get whole milk as I ordered. Simply taste is different you can tell from first sip. I took away two stars as I just discovered they charge 50cents more for no ice option on HungryPanda. Not that I don’t want to pay, but this feels like force selling ice.
Drinks here are good. My only gripe is that the cups are small compared to other drink places. Not as great as the mango Thai Coconut Latte. The drink does remind me of having the Filipino dessert Halo Halo.

Not so new boba spot. They're located across the street in the small shopping center near American High School. The old business was named Hot Love, but Sana Tea has banners on the outside of the business. They've been here since early 2021, I think that's what they told me. Love the coconut mango latte, the mango Watermelon slush, the black sugar brulee milk tea and the taro mochi milk tea. Good flavors, good prices. Staff are very nice and quick to get orders done. We've been frequenting this shop lately. I recommend trying it.

Tried the mango coconut latte - if it had boba, we didn't get any. Tasted like mango coconut sticky rice dessert with mango puree, oat milk, coconut milk and pudding. I ended up splitting the drink and it felt like a good amount. More of a dessert drink than boba or milk tea and it felt like it needed "normal" sweetness. It had enough mango puree, though a little more wouldn't have hurt. Would prob come back for a dessert, but not for a drink.
TL;DR: ##AVOID FRUIT TEA##Ugh... Peach Tea is meh, the entire drink taste like canned peach with its syrup, but got good reviews from my friends on milk teas, so I guess just avoid the fruit teas ; _ ;
nice drink！There's no obvious signboard light outside so I actually took a little time for finding.The Boba were worm which I like it so much. the cream brulee orea is awesome.I ordered tiramisu one. definitely recommend regular sugar for this one! I ordered less sweet and regular ice, it's kinda tasteless.A little funny thing, the boss also put non recommend topping for couple drinks?
