I ordered Veggie Pad Thai and Vegetarian Tom Kha soup for lunch. The quantity was generous for both soup and noodles. The soup was pretty good in taste. The restaurant even considered my request to replace mushrooms with broccoli in the soup. The Pad Thai was decent as well. This was my first time ordering from Warm Spring location and I wasn't disappointed. I'll definitely order again in future.
The food tastes great. Ordered basil fried rice, panani curry, and drunken noodles. They made hot and fresh. Seating area is limited. To go is preferred. Looking for quick food then this is the right thai place to go in Fremont. Comes with some chilly chutney on the side. Price moderate.
Well this is my last time coming here , after an awful experience with the woman who takes the phone orders the time is 2:45 p.m. and it's April 18 2022. I placed a small order soup and shrimp pad Thai. I explicitly asked that the food be medium spiced which it was not. The dish was tasteless , tons of noodles no sauce , over cooked shrimp. The dish lacked flavor and depth, clearly rushed. As a chef and business owner of a restaurant I know first hand "things happen" a person can have an off day and their dish can show it. I simply called to let them know I wasn't happy with the dish and with that what type of accommodation would be allowed. I asked if the pad Thai could be remade as it wasn't anything like I expected, mind you I have ordered food from this restaurant numerous times which my family and I have enjoyed numerous times and quite frankly I was surprised that the dish wasn't good at all on any level. To the woman taking the phone orders and handling complaints you need a refresher course in customer service. Lady when someone is telling you something is wrong with the food that was ordered you don't take offense and tell the customer sorry nothing can be done. Further suggesting that the pad Thai I received was perfectly fine. Unless you ate some of my food before sending it how would you know if it was fine? Never the less you would rather lose a local customer, that has enjoyed your food in the pass over a dish that cost you a few dollars to make. Smdh, you my dear lack professionalism and are bad for business. I am more than certain the owners of this establishment would not be in agreement with your behavior. You are the reason I will never revisit again. Shame on you!
Really good food, always a delight. Prices have been creeping a bit up, so giving it 4 stars now. Food is excellent, but the ambience and location mean its not really a "destination" place to go spend an evening, more of a take out place.
This place has saved me from starving at work! I would definitely say this restaurant was my introduction to Thai food. Everything I've tried here has absolutely been surprisingly delicious. Most recently I ordered a rice with Shrimp and was so surprised to find how fresh the shrimp were. I get the food delivered from GrubHub and I've never had an issue. A definite recommend!
We went with an intention to dine in. However they had only one table which was occupied. It was too cold to sit outside, so we did not even order any takeout. All other tables were used as keeping their inventory of plates, cups, glasses etc. hardly any place to move. I wish they will open up for dinning in.
Excellent food, ordered a ton of food very close to closing and they had no issue preparing and gave great service.
Visited 3 times for takeout. Last experience wasn't that good. Yellow curry was overly sweet and nothing special. The crab pad this was good, but you have to find the crab. My biggest issue is when I ask for medium spice, I get mild.
One of the most amazing Thai restaurants in Fremont. Consistent quality, great service, humbly family owned. Located in a strip mall off Warm Spring boulevard.
Service was fast, the Thai tea was the best I have ever had and the yellow curry was perfectly sweet and spicy
