been here twice and both times my order was wrong in one way or another. the first time they gave me shrimp instead of chicken, second time they gave be an 8 piece instead of the 12 i had ordered, they're very nice though, just frustrating that my order hasnt been right both timeshoping this made sense, I'm not the best at wording things,,
I hadn't been to one before. The food was pretty good for fast food. There is no indoor dinning at this time. I love the fact that the menu is quite simple and I don't have to hurry to figure out a complex menu with impatient people waiting behind me.Sometimes I just want a chicken sandwich fries and a drink. Thumbs up..
Truly an all-around excellent experience in fast food. THE best chicken sandwich on the planet. And the people who work in this location are the nicest and most professional that I've ever dealt with, anywhere. I eat here at least twice a week because I'm single and don't know how to cook. The reason i go to Popeyes restaurant is not only to eat a very delicious fried chicken but also to see all those people who work out there. I always see those mostly young food preparers do their job very enthusiastically and i believe they really like what they do, they feel it is important what they do. No surprise, there are always long lines to purchase food from this place. Today experience was above and beyond like always
I go to Popeyes every Tuesday but this is my worst experience ever. The server was super rude and awful attitude, she handed me cold fries and didn't give me as many biscuits as I should have gotten with my order. Staff needs to be trained and taught to show some respect and professional attitude towards customers.
UPDATE: March 13th.. Great mobile service and very quick service. We were very impressed.love this location for Story time Sunday at 10a. The kids colors, do crafts get a story and some chicken nuggets and French fries afterwards. A great place to connect with other moms in the community. Great customer service.
I didn’t like it. We just bought a combo of chicken meal from them, first it was too oily! Also, they even forgot to add the sides that we ordered into the bag! We found there is no side after we came home!Poor service.
Today experience was above and beyond.arrived 5 min before they opened, and they opened at 10:00am. Kinda busy but food was hot and fresh. Place is clean. I'm trying the hyped spicy chicken sandwich and oh boi, this is crazy good. Great when match with Cherry Coke. I bought 4 and the all look alike. Big pieces of chicken and buttery buns. I can see why people would go Crazy. Keep up the good work..
Chicken sandwich is phenomenal, fresh, and delicious. Spicy tenders are great as well. Associates are super friendly. Quick and accurate orders. Restrooms are well maintained and clean. Simply one of the best in town.
Their food, even biscuits were so good and fresh.I'm not happy with service. Made me wait half an hour with my online order. Instead of spicy chicken gave me original.
