Worst ever customer service and rude staff. We were regular customers to paradise and today we ordered a to go order . Delayed for pickup by 10 mins and the staff called and literally yelled at us and cancelled the order. He was so unprofessional and we would never go for such restaurant if they don’t value the customer. They are set up for failure for having such bad employees. Will never step on that restaurant again and will convey the same to our friends . We are boycotting the restaurant for such disrespectful behavior
Nice place for good Indian dinner. The biryanis and curries were pretty spicy with medium option. Paneer biryani, chicken biryani, cut mirchi, paneer 65, chicken curry, mango lassi, and the naan were tasty. The food is definitely a little more expensive than other options around. Good ambiance, friendly staff, quick service, clean dining area. Would recommend this place if you are craving for some nice appetizers and biryanis.
This is boneless chicken dum biryani tray which serves 15 people easily. It costs 90$. It's the best option if you have large number of people and want to have something really good for dinner. The catch is you need some transportation method to pickup. Loved the biryani as well but there was little smell of vanaspati ghee and next time I would surely order extra Rayta.
Paradise would be my first place that comes in my mind to chill out with my friends..I visit Fremont paradise regularly,No restaurant around can match their biriyani recipe.But this time it was very bad experience,We ordered opollo fish and sone other starters, and fish was a disaster & smells..The biggest disaster is indo chinese noodles, please take a look at photos, they cooked vermicelli and served us like noodles, that too half cooked..
Chilli garlic egg noodles is very good . Best ever indo Chinese food in Bay Area. Chilli shrimp is excellent.
Be Aware the price of dishes is at-least 25% plus from attached menu photos.Egg Dum Biryani: 1/2 portion of Veg Bum Biryani + 1/2 portion of Veg Fried Rice + 2 Un Fried Boiled Eggs (the expectation of this dish was fried eggs)We thought order was misplaced as it looks pretty much is fried rice, then realized it's half and half2 stars as it tastes fine and portion is adequate for 2 people
If you don't value your time then go ahead and order from here. The online ordering system says that evening orders can be picked up at 5:15pm so I went ahead and ordered. When I got there at 5:15pm the place was shut and no sight of a single person. Finally some guy showed up at 525pm and opened the door saying that the order would given to me in 5 mins. I then went inside at 540pm and was told that the order will take 20 mins. So for a 515pm delivery they are now telling me 6pm. When I said I don't want the order and that it should be cancelled, I'm told that they can prepare it in 7 mins and give it to me. I refused saying that I don't want undercooked food or food prepared in a rush. To that I was told that they can't refund the money and I should dispute the charge with my bank. So all in all a big waste of time. Ridiculous staff and service for the bloody over hyped food (which I fell prey to). Don't waste your time at this restaurant.
I must have either visited or ordered online more than 10 times in just last 3 months!! Everything is so delicious. Apollo Fish, Tangadi Kabab, Lasooni Kabab, Dum ka Murg are must try! Ofcourse Biryani goes without saying. Ask for more spice if you like. Also their Naan breads are typical Indian tandoor style unlike the thick breads that we get in other restaurants!! Love it :)
Wrost food I had. Restaurant hired a lazy chef. Do not know how to cut chicken and paneer appetizer. Definitely restaurant will go down soon. If they do not take care of recent reviews. I used get food here from past four years. I never complained like this. If you really hire a new chef take action immediately.
Average biryani but stale chicken! Don’t ever order a starter here. It’s bad and not worth the money. Chicken had freezer burn and henceforth smelt pretty bad. The chicken dum biryani is just plain biryani rice with few pieces of chicken here and there.Paradise special biryani is the only good item here.
