I went to the Panera bread on Christy street this morning around 10:45am. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, sausage and egg on a brioche bread with no cheese and a orange scone. I waited a few minutes, since they were very busy. One of the associates had asked me if I could take the egg scrambled and I said that I wanted it over easy. He then said it would be a few minutes.Another associate came to me and handed me my order in a bag. I left there and I didn’t have time to eat yet because I had 2 other doctors appointments at Kaiser. By the time, I had time to eat my breakfast, it was 1:00pm and I noticed that the sausage was missing and I only had the brioche bread with egg only. I looked at my receipt and it clearly showed what my order was and I even gave them a $1.00 tip. I kept calling them until 1:30pm with no answer and then several times again after 6:30, and same thing.I didn’t have time to drive back over there because it was not on my way home and the only reason why I went to that location was because I had an appointment in that area.I also noticed that on their receipt it says that we should always get what we ordered and it seems that is for dine in and not take out.I am very disappointed with my experience there and there is no excuse for them not to be able to answer the phone.
It's almost closing time and after enjoying yummy food we forgot the phone with wallet on the table, realized after going home. Guess what they saved it and we picked immediately.. now they earned my trust forever <3

We opted for curbside pickup. We were told to wait, and when we finally called to talk to the store manager, they said our order was picked up by someone else. They couldn't resolve the issue quickly, so we asked for a refund and left. We were very disappointed
Clean calm and respectful place, highly recommend great hospitality <3 we really liked food as well :)
solid 3 stars - good food, good coffee, but nothing too special. its a good local spot for breakfast, but not necessarily a go-to spot for me. the staff there is really nice though, the service is good, and the price is right!
Got two green goddess salads. Both had two containers of dressing that were 1/4 full. The salads were both missing eggs. Not a happy customer!
My experience at this establishment was pristine, there was one worker who stood out, her name was crystal. She is always very patient and attentive during our interactions. She always has a friendly attitude and is always very pleasant. I can't say the same for the rest of the younger employees which have repetitive attitudes. She is the only reason why I am giving a 5 star review.
I did two curbside orders today and was greeted by Leo. He has superb customer service & he's very friendly. His engagement with my order as well as other cars waiting was very friendly & everyone looked happy. He's great at multi-task and very helpful when assisting me with my huge orders. Leo was very attentive and made sure I had my whole order In full. I appreciate the excellent customer service from you today.
This Panera Bread location always have dirty tables. I know they can see all of the crumbsand other debris on their tables but no one seems to clean them up. Everytime I come here the tables are always dirty and I see employees just standing around doing nothing. Your employees should know that they should be wiping down the tables. Customers should not have to sit at an unclean table.Thanks.
