Placed a phone order, and asked if it's possible to be picked up at a specific time/made at a specific time and was told that is completely fine. However, I stated that if they were busy or didn't have time to do specific time/pickups, it was not an issue to drive down at that moment to pickup the order. Yet I was reassured that it was not an issue at all and was told "that's what we are here for". Customer service was excellent and hats off to the chefs, because the food was delicious as always.
Awful food, unfriendly service, and the restaurant was noticeably dirty. After the rude encounter we had with the counter staff followed up with the worst Hawaiian food we've had, we will never return.
Good was decent, but the screwed up our order and by the time we saw it, we were home and the drive is too much to go back. The gentleman taking orders barely spoke over a mumble. I realize it's hard to find good help with minimum wage, but train your employees a little more.
Excellent Hawaiian BBQ. Generous portions. Disappointed that they don't provide extra sauce with their take-out.
If "0" was a rating option I would choose it. Service was unacceptable. After 20 minutes of waiting and no communication. I asked for the status of my order. They had no idea. Finally I left without my food (needed to return to work) and will never go back. Several others that ordered after me were just as upset. Not sure what the internal problem is. They need to get it fixed.
Food is always consistent.

Amazing portion size! Above average flavor. Fries were pretty bland though, and I wish there was more vegetables with the plates.
