Had been here last week. Very generous and patient staff.Place was tidy.And the best part was the taste of ice cream. We all enjoyed it.

Best Yummy Ice creams available here. Staff is very nice specially a very nice girl and a good guy on the reception. They have very good variety of ice creams there. I asked them tou suggest me any 02 good Ice creams. Which they gave me had awesome taste. Pls must visit this place. then u would come again on this place. Rate are bit high but worth it.

We moved to the Niles over a year ago and this was the first place we tried. My 3 kiddos now LOVE coming here. ? Cutest ice cream shop and tasty pastries and baked goods as well. Yum ?
I really love their ice cream. I had honey lavender and brownie. Honey lavender has a very clean after taste and is not that sweet. If you want something chocolate and sweeter you can go for brownie which has real brownies inside. During the peak hours the wait is too long. It took me 20 minutes just to get the ice cream. There can be a better organization for this or more employees.
Our family go-to place for icecream and sundaes. Flavors that allow you to pause time and enjoy the moment. I wish and hope that independant, small businesses such as Niles Icecream stay in the area and thrive. Always had a good experience with the friendly staff.We are usually last ones in the door but always served with smiles to go with the icecream order.
Worst customer service ever. Don't know how to speak to the customers. Should keep their attitude at home and know how to talk to customers and if don't know then shouln't work. It was the lady that was very rude. It was our first time there. Manager should stop hiring these kind of people that dont know how to treat customers.

Cute tiny shop across from Nile Town Plaza. There are about 4 tables for indoor seating.I got seasonanl(?) "Brittle ....." very yummy and ceunchy bits.I would love to try theie baked goods for next time.
