Extremely friendly! Excellent prices! Delicious food! Worth the stop! I spent 13.60 for the triple breakfast. 3 eggs and toast 6 bacon and a lot of hash towns. The pies look amazing.They are made fresh here. They sell by the slice or whole. They also have cheesecake, tarts and milkshakes. Burgers as well. They also have seasonal fruit dishes...it strawberry and peach toppings or filings.
I love this place! Hands down, they've got some of the best hamburgers around. We used to have one in SJ, a long time ago, but it's gone & the only Nation's that I know of, that exist, are in Tracy & Fremont ☹️ Anyhow, the reason for my visit to Nation's, was for pies. I'd forgotten that I'd volunteered to bring pies to my friend's house on Easter (Sunday). When I realized this, it was already Friday afternoon & that didn't leave me much time, at all, to find pies. As I racked my brain & the internet trying to find pie places, Nation's popped up & I remembered 'Oh yeah, that's right, they have pies' so I called & they said yes, they had lots of pies on hand, come on up. So I did. And yes, they did. I ended up buying 4. Chocolate Creme, Banana Creme, Blueberry Creme & Lemon Meringue ? They all tasted delicious & were a big hit. Think I'm gonna be on the hook for pies now, every yr, going forward.As an additional bonus, when I went to buy the pies, I had a friend w me & we decided to get burgers while we were there. They didn't disappoint. They were just as good as I remembered & my friend is now in love w Nation's also.
Sometimes I'm not sure what I want to eat so I go to Nations. Their burgers are as good as ever. But I may choose breakfast with a cheese omelet with sausage, hash browns, toast and coffee. Or, the best alternative of all...I'll go there for coffee and just PIE ! OK, I confess, I even buy the whole pie.... It's worth it!... Did I mention the service is great?? You gotta go!
It was big enough to call "giant", it's kinda full for a normal size female to have a single hamburger. the ice break lettuces are great, many tomatos. overall the taste is ok but not outstanding, a little bit pricey for fast food but I think it's because of the size. It is mach apprecited that they have a very comfortable seat and even placed a flower on every table! an extra star for this nice arrangment.
Food is solid but didn't wow me. The portions are large and ingredients taste fresh. The salmon burger didn't have much flavor but it was passable. The lemon meringue pie was tasty and jiggly which was fun. The blueberry cheesecake was a bit on the sweet side but good as well.We got to go and got our food within minutes. There's dine in available.

Don't do it. My Burgers were under cooked/PINK and I paid for 2 drinks we didn't receive: an Orange Juice, and a Strawberry milkshake that neither them nor doordash cared to compensate me for not receiving.At least they remembered the straws and cold, hard fries.Honestly, just save your money, head to the grocery store and make something at home yourself. I rarely order out this way, and now I am reminded why. 100% rip off.
Cheeseburgers well cooked,fresh ingredients.Good customer service.Good timing.Clean restaurant, clean bathroom.Best I have visited so far.Sodas machine well mixed,good taste.Easy access to napkins,ingredients as mayonnaise, mustard,containers,etc,etc.
I had requested an order for pickup and the manager who took my order had thought I said lettuce wrap when I actually ordered a hamburger well done with cheese and fries. She needs to be fired. PERIOD!
This Nation has everything you would expect from a typical Nations restaurant. This is a great place to eat. I love getting the chilli cheese fries, grilled chicken sandwiches and strawberry milk shake. The staff if very helpful and patient.
