The stars go to the superior customer service the owner has. We ordered takeout of “vegetarian bento.” But when we got the food ( already left the restaurant) we found it’s “deluxe vegetables.” It means it is just a dish but has no rice and other side dish. We were kind of disappointed so called the restaurant of the issue. The owner was so generous saying” how far away are you now? If you can go back then I will give you the rice and other side dishes including mapo tofu and rice. In the end, we got extra food that the bento normally comes with but no other charge. They had big order of bentos today and vey busy but still have very good attitude treating individual customers.
Wanted to support a women owned local business and this cafe was awesome!! The popcorn tofu was my favorite. The owner was super friendly and was really patient with us. The menu was so extensive, I’m definitely going to be going here more often so I can try everything out! ☺️? If you want to go somewhere welcoming and inviting, with great food this is the place to be! ☺️
Really close to my place, so I order from here quite often. The beef noodle soup is really good. Bentos are above average. The small eats are okay. Have not tried their hot pots, nor the drinks I order from here mostly for the convenience. Fremont is just lacking Taiwanese food in general. Small parking lot, which is always full. People double parking to get their take outs. Closed on Mondays. 3.5/5 so rounding to 4.
Love this place! I have come here for their personal hotpot a few times and they are always yummy! This is the first time I came after the indoor-dining reopening, and found the place packed at 2pm on a Saturday! Even with all the customers, the waitress was friendly and patient, which I really appreciated.I ordered the spicy hotpot during this visit, which is as delicious as ever. They also just randomly gave me a Hawaiian drink for free, which tasted... passion fruity? It was very refreshing.I'm not in Fremont often, but when I come I often find myself at this place. Definitely recommend!
Good place to eat Taiwanese food. Staff are attentive with good customer service. Food is great. Love all we ordered.
Best place to get some stinky tofu and red chili oil wonton! All the staff were so friendly and nice. I would definitely return for more snacks.
Had the boba milk tea at 80% sugar and it was just a tad too sweet but really delicious! The boba was also perfectly chewy and flavorful. Service was great and my drink came out right away.
Amazing food! Best pop corn chicken in the area. Braised pork Bao were delicious. Good value for price. Milk tea is average. Fruit punch was very sweet, but my 8 year old loved it as is.Wonderful staff. They were full when we arrived, and apologized to everyone for the long wait. They gave us free drinks for waiting.Will go back.
First time visit and I already love this place.Exceed my expectations!Clean fast and professional environment.Too many choices to drink all in one day so you'll have to come back for more.
