Hate to review a Muslim business negatively but after multiple instances I have to say this - Worst customer service ever. Don’t run a grocery store when you cannot tolerate kids coming in. The guy who works there who is perhaps the owner, yelled at my toddler (who was simply looking at the items with supervision and putting them back) and my elderly parent.Very disappointing.
The cashier is extremely rude and a cheater. He charges for bag when you buy meat without telling you. All my family members have experienced the same. Zero customer service.
Guy on the counter yelled at my 2 year old baby. Dude is a Barbadian. They could win the award for worst customer service. Hoping the owner reads this and fires the guy. Zero sense of civility.
Arrogant !! We drove 20 mins for this meat market. It states 6.30 pm on timings and this guy he just waved his hand as if some unwanted people and told its closed we came around we told it’s still 5.45 he like no we close now very arrogantly. This old guy at cash register needs to learn some customer service and how to be polite. During pandemic Store owners are going above and beyond to earn customers
This place deserves negative ratings. They charge extra money without informing the customer. The display prices of the chicken/meat are not the same what they charge. Please be aware when you order chicken/meat. Also, they charge $0.50 extra for cutting the chicken/meat into pieces. I never know this until I asked the butcher why he’s charging me extra price. I’ve been paying without my knowledge for almost an year. They don’t have automated system, still using the paper and pen to price the meat you buy. Avoid this place!

I would like to give this place a negative -10 review. The guy at the counter who is the owner has no manners to deal or talk to customers. He is a cheater and start cheating with people by giving wrong and stale meat. He gave wrong product to customers and blame on customers that they asked for the wrong stuff. He is very mean, cheap, Unprofessional and has a Rude Customer Service. I Ordered a goat meat and the butcher gave me beef. When I asked him to fix it and he started yelling at me and told me to go awayI came to the cashier counter and the owner was there he is one of the rudest guy ever you will see didn’t have courtesy and when I complained he told me nothing he can do about it because he and his employee never made mistake. I just told him keep your beef because we don’t eat beef and I don’t want it he yelled and said you have to take it and pay because you ordered it . Now I am going to file law suit against him because it’s a religious matter. We don’t eat beef and never ordered beef but he forced me to keep it. He will learn his lesson big time in court.
I want give less than ZERO star... I strongly say dont go there... old meat and stinks especially Goat meat.
Be Aware of This new owner: is not honest at all, every time we buy from him, he double the price on the receipt or add item never bought. His prices are very very high
