First time eating here and first time having Hot Pot. Great experience. Never thought I’d pay to cook my own food ?. The stuff are friendly, fast and super polite, the ingredients fresh and the restaurant very clean. I totally recommend. Go for it
I typically go during lunch and the service is always the best. My server is always so sweet, attentive, and really cares about the customer. This hospitality is pretty rare in the service industry these days and it really is a treat on top of the food being really good.
My first time here, and it was a great experience. Fresh cut meat and fresh vegetables and your fingertips. The customer service was great and very friendly. I will be coming back soon and sharing this experience with others. Thank you!
We came here on my birthday and it was an amazing experience. It was my second time coming, first time after the pandemic though. Service was friendly and helpful.Their meat selection was great. We love how each of us have their own hot pot and there were many sauces. I know it’s AYCE and we for sure usually eat a lot, but the portion was extremely good that we were done after the first round.I think for AYCE price of ~40 bucks/person, it is worth it. I know many other AYCE hot pot places would be cheaper but then they’ll charge for sauces and other things.Parking is plenty but not plenty if you want to park super close to the restaurant. But it wasn’t so bad on Friday when we arrived right at 5pm.
First, I do want to point out that the bathroom is clean. It's a sign of a good crew. They are friendly too. Now then the criticism :Maybe it's too popular? Quite crowded. I saw a few group drop by and complain about how reservation was done.The meat are fine, and broth is somewhat acceptable. However, vegetables choices and authentic choices are just lacking. I need duck blood, lotus roots, nagaimo yam and more variety of mashroom! Or the place can just drop those items and focused on what can be delivered.In my opinion, they really should update their menu in ways that doesn't involve tapes --it is so decade ago. And if your touch screen is broken, why not just remove it? I feel a lot can be improved for the atomshpere. At least have a sauce bar...me and my friends don't know whose dipping sauce was whose when we have a larger party.
It was something new for you me, had a hard time using chop sticks. But on the other hand my grandkids loved it. We are from New Mexico four corner area.

My son recommended this place to me and to his girlfriend though he hasn't been in this place yet too. It was our first time and we highly recommended this place if you're craving for good and tasty food especially if you are a "soup, veggie and meat" lover.
10/10 would recommend AYCE Hot Pot. Kobe and Angus Beef were the best slices of meat. The meats are freshly sliced and you can see them slicing it for you. Other food like the vegetables, seafood, noodles, etc. came out pretty fast.Employees are quick, helpful, and friendly. Pricing is a bit on the higher end, but of course because you have AYCE Kobe and Angus Beef.As for COVID, they take your temperature before sitting down. The only thing I would change is their seating. We were not 6ft from other tables.
One of the few hot pot places with a wide selection of really fresh and high quality vegetables, meats, broth, and a personal pot! Service is always very friendly.
