Hi Vicky - the manager. I visited your store at 6:15 pm and the open sign was switched off. I brought it to the notice of the staff and staff said that “I have been told not to turn it on”. Then I noticed the lights of the back side was off and asked about it and same answer. Asked for manager phone number and was told “manager will not like it”. Well - many people would just go away if you don’t have the open sign switched on and if it looks dark inside. My 2 cents. You guys know better.
The hot chocolate was amazing!! It's also a nice small place to hangout.
This place is severely under staffed. they have one teenager working alone and running the entire thing; making the donuts, the lattes, and fulfilling orders. The line goes too long because of this and sometimes they end up closed before they're supposed to, and apparently management is doing nothing about it. I don't mind usually waiting a bit longer for a donut but it is cruel on the worker there.
It’s 7:18 am and the doors are still locked, you have customers outside the door waiting. Change your opening times. And I also tried to call, yet no answer!
We arrived @ 8am & google said open @ 7am…they/it was closed
Everytime I go to this location it’s is closed I tried about 3 times and I go 3 or 4 hours before the they are supposed to close and we’re closed every time today I when at 5:30 and they were close but standing and front counter laughing when I timried to open the door to come in
It's our local Krispy Kreme, you know what to expectAre the holiday decorations the best they can be? Usually, no. But hey, it tastes good and that's really all you should expect from a franchise.By far, the biggest reason I always come back is because they regularly run Groupon promos, and it's just way too good to not get one every now and then. Would highly recommend this spot if you're in need of a large amount of donuts at the office.
Incredible donuts, and extremely sweet. The atmosphere is perfect and staff are really helpful. It’s super impactful for children to watch donuts being glazed live while devouring their sweet snacks. The store was also extremely clean.
Their hot chocolate/ hot cocoa was amazing ?
Not sure why but both me and my friend agree they don't taste as good as the union city one. I'm guessing they are not as fresh since union city one is a high volume store.
