So freakin' mad!!! Ordered on line for a work event...80 pieces of chix plus sides. Ordered with valid CC 3/29 for a 3/31 pick up. Receive email confirmation of order. Arrive at restaurant 5 minutes before pick up time, check status and App says "Oops unable to fulfill" Yes it actually said "Oops" Check email again for confirmation and these jerks sent me a EMAIL! 20 minutes before pick up telling me sorry order cancelled with no noted reason. I then had to face 40 people waiting for lunch with no food not looking for excuses from me. Total waste of time, app and online ordering is a complete and total joke for a national chain. At least 2 days in advance and best they can do is to tell me they cant fullfill 20 minutes prior??? Why not call, leave a voicemail or even try to text. To make this worse, KFC corp. has nerve to ask for feedback via email. Only to make me even more mad, the space allowed for feedback is so small impossible to even give basics of experience. It tells me the request for feedback is essentially lip service. Also provided motivation to leave terrible review anywhere and everywhere I can! Is 80 pieces of chicken really that big an order for them? Don't go to this place!
This KFC maybe not the best, but I give them 5 stars because the prepare the Beyond chicken nugget using a designated fryer, not mixed with other chicken.
I felt very disappointed with this KFC location - went there on a Sunday afternoon (Jan 9, 2022). The communication did not go smoothly. I ordered a family bucket which includes 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, 2 mashed potatoes and a coleslaw. Not being a biscuit fan, I asked the salesperson who greeted me if I can replace the biscuits with sides. He told me yes.When I excitedly chose my sides(Mac and cheese), the guy at the back said that I am not allowed to substitute. I asked again and he shook his head saying ok ok we will do it for you...When the order came out, I was shocked. The biscuits remained perfect integrity and they replaced all the mashed potato and coleslaw with 2 Mac and cheese. After asking again, the guy at the back reluctantly gave us a coleslaw, seeming like he just fed a beggar.Feelings: if it cost a few bucks to substitute or it is not permitted to substitute at all, please be consistent internally and communicate clearly to your customer. And don't treat your customers like they are begging for food. What a horrible assumption.
I ordered 24 pieces hot wings at drive through today, then after arriving home I figured out that they mixed some pieces of chicken tender in the box because they were short on the wings. Not only this, the total pieces of wings I got was only 17 and they put in 3 "fragments" of the tender, not even a whole tender. I always order here and this is just such a disappointment. I will avoid this place from now on. If you would like to order here, do check what you ACTUALLY get every time.
The worst customer service, they will not help to change any orders if you order from online. Ironically, the instruction tells you to contact the store.
I’m pretty sure the famous bowl I just ordered was reheated from last night. No receipt either. NEVER GO TO THIS KFC!!!
Drive through person didn’t wear a mask and was on a personal call the entire time while handling our order. It was disgusting. They even ignore us asking for the receipt.Not only that. We didn’t get ANY SIDES OR SAUCE. We called to ask for our paid food and just got there to see the store closing way earlier than the official closing time.Very unprofessional
Ordered two tender combo, they didn’t give us mash potatoes, sauce, or biscuits. So we called, and they asked us to go and pick up as long as we can make it. We got there and they closed up the store even tho it’s still 40min before the supposed closing time.We called and they refused to give us our side and just kept telling us the store was closed and to go tomorrow to pick up our sides.Like what the hell is this. Not only they didn’t give us what we paid for and even close early and lied about it. They literally stole our food
This KFC runs by a very dishonest manager. Be very careful on the receipts (they don't give you by default). The restaurant only offers drive-through and most of the people didn't pay attention how they charged until check back later on.
Wasn't even asked what side I wanted. Should of gone to Popeyes. Never eating kfc
