Came in today about 530 and orders a 3pc CRISPY chicken. I requested 2 thighs and 1 leg. See picture because I got 1 Thigh and 2 legs and 1 of the legs hardly had any skin. ?Then I noticed NO biscuit, but 2 chocolate chip cookies. That was nice, but I wasn't offered the choice and I cant eat chocolate ?Terrible. I won't come back to this store, I'll go to Mowry instead
No one was operating the register. Stood there for five minutes and no one greeted me. Most of the cooks were unmasked or were wearing their mask below the nose.
I just order hot wings from them. The service was very poor! The sales girl did not know how many chicken wings goes into a package! Once we got the chicken, it was dripping in oil and it looks like it was cooked with very old oil. The chicken did not smell right. We had to throw it away! It looks like the franchisee just put his family members to run the place without any training!
Just got home to eat. My girlfriends mashed potatoes were not mixed correctly and had large clumps pf powder throughout her tub. Do not recommend eating at this location again.
lol. nothing was edible. the fries were so stale and dripping in oil like they were from the day before and refried atleast 3 times. the NEW spicy chicken sandwich bun and chicken were stale and dry, I couldn't swallow it. to top it off the Pepsi was so flat there was zero fizz. to top it off, the ranch I got was pinched with someone's nails. threw everything away and went to taco bell across the street.

The staff are busy with each other and the services is very bad
I just got the 12 pieces meal with 8 original and 4 Krispy and the whole chicken quality was really poor. Super small pieces, chicken tasting as an old chicken, and the bisquets really old as well. If you love KFC chicken I would suggest stop by in a different one. As an employee I would ask the owners for better quality chicken and ingredients. Sadly the affected people from this review are the employees that probably does not have much to do with the quality of the food served here. Please KFC improve this place if you can.
Terrible service!!! Today I bought a bucket of chicken and the chicken tasted dry and horrible, the biscuits bad ... I will not buy there again, I do not recommend it!!!
