I would have agreed with all the negative reviews posted here previously, but this place has really improved recently. For what I order there, it can't be beat. I think they had a complete inside renovation, maybe also a change in management or ownership, I don't really now, but the results are fantastic. I've been getting lunch to go here once or twice a month for the past year or so. It has been consistently great for many months now. My favorite order is original recipe dark meat 2 or 3 pieces with a side of coleslaw or mashed potatoes and gravy. Their sandwich is good too. Easy to order online, and the food is ready in 5 minutes. Remember, it's KFC. I have no interest in non-meat chicken or trendy grilled meat. (Go to El Pollo Loco to get that done right!) By all means, if you don't like KFC, don't go there! But if you crave it sometimes like I do, this is the best location around and, for many months now, it doesn't disappoint.
its a gamble here. id you are lucky, the chicken is hot and fresh. most of the time it be dry and old.pick a time when its busy, you well get betta odds of gettin fresh chicken.
Beware while picking up orders they will not give all items in your order. I trust the employees, not checked all items while picking up and later realized that they missed some items. When I called for refund they said they don't have that option.
Very bad experience. They didn’t have any chicken tenders, no sandwich, not even ice for the drinks… what kind of place is this???
chicken was bright pink but i ate it anyways because i am poor and i got violently sick and nearly died from eating their disgusting pink chicken. The dipping sauce was good though get ranch its so good.
I ordered an 8pcs family bucket meal. They didn't give me a receipt, and the 5 chickens are small!
I actually love this place but everytime I go there the Manager( Hispanic male) won't accept my online coupons and won't let me buy extra biscuits. Our family loves the biscuits but everyone fights at home over them. I almost feel as if he won't sell them to me because he wants to bring the leftovers home to his family. It's a weird feeling..i always spend about $30-$60 everytime I go here.. its the one located in Fremont off Mowry Ave. But,..OVERALL I love me some KFC
