Terrible service!! They works are not welcoming at all!! When they get your order wrong and you tell them they try to argue with you and when you prove them wrong and show them proof they got the order wrong they get an attitude.The have the same customer service as the rude Walmart employees a bunch of eye rolling, huffing and puffing.
I work at a Jamba Juice in my hometown. I was out on vacation and stopped at this Jamba on my way back home. I was blown away by the amazing service at this location. Tito was the manager who helped me out. He was so incredibly friendly and welcoming!! Not to mention the smoothies were perfect as always. Overall great service!
the strawberry wild was pretty good, but definitely not worth $7 for a small drink. the waffles are good though—they’re crispy and have a hint of coconut.

Totally forgot about my order and then after serving almost 4 people who ordered after me, I finally got it. They gave me a large instead of a medium which was nice, but it had no flavor whatsoever

I wanted to hit up Pink Pantherz before hitting the road back home to vegas, but the line of cars was snake pass fremont bank. I figured I better skip that I can get all that action in sin city. Just when I was about the leave JJ was in the corner and no many people maybe three at most. The staff acknowledge me while filling customer order I peruse menu for new item to try, but didn't want the secret menu. Spotted a big sign saying watermelon breeze is back so I went with a large. Social-distancing is mark foot marking staff are friendly and efficient never have any issue at any JJ. It was refreshing and cold just what I needed to start my trip. However, I do wish for a bit more watermelon taste, it taste like loaded with artificial flavors and sugar. Still so rude here. Asked the cashier if she could make me a certain drink off the secret menu look at me dead in the eyes and was like "do you know how to make it" Excuse me i dont work here take two seconds to look it up.
