Whatever you do, do not get the tiny tacos with the nacho powder added to them they are disgusting. Other than that most the Jack in the box items are pretty tasty.
Let me just say Jesse and the ladies in the back did great. But that was 1 man during the lunch rush for drive through and lobby. Offer better pay and get more staff. Also, this restaurant has a conference room where I could see managers ignoring the store being on fire
Friendly workers. Reasonable prices. Only problem is that the dining area is often not open. Often have to eat in the parking lot.
Very disappointed, they messed up my order, drive through took 25 minutes couldn't heard the employee as the speaker was broken.Then employee could barely speak English. I had bad experience last month but decide to try again oh what a mistake.
I tried ordering something from their menu board only to be told they don't sell them anymore. French fries were extra crispy which I want on fried chicken, not on fries. Meat on burgers doesn't taste fresh, a little gamey.
I took my East coast friend there for the very first time, she had never had Jack in the box and I let them know that so that they could make sure her meal was done correctly and fresh, and it was so delicious, she was very impressed great service
Quick and fast food, but one thing I love from this guys is the egg seems more natural then any other company on their breakfast sandwiches, the rest you will taste ?.
This Jack in the Box had me waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru before they they took my order. I had to say hello for someone to even tell me to give them a second. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been to this location twice this month between 8-9 pm on Wednesday. Both time my experience was really bad, this time I’m writing because I got beef Instead chicken in my sandwich. I was on 680 freeway when I opened my sandwich to eat. The first time I waited for 20 min in drive through and finally wen I got to order it was ok, I didn’t understand why the hold was so long in line wen there was only person ahead of me and that too On his skates. I will skip this restaurant in future. Can’t be disappointed a third time.
