Went through drive-thru. Was fast
I usually get some breakfast from them every sunday. Long time back when I first moved in this area, after I ordered my lunch I was told soda m/c was broken and did not have any fizz.. well isn't it too late to know by the time you pick up everything and go to fill your drink. Last Sunday I ordered some fries in morning, when I got home, I saw they were all stale wrinkled soggy microwaved reheated fries. Never again going back to this location.
They absolutely got a big order right. Left nothing out and included extra items for easy dining
Chicken sandwich had like 2 inch piece of meat that was super thin. I hope the owners of Subway didnt buy it.
Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR APP. You can't get a refund after you hit the order button, even if they never made your food. In this case I had to cancel my order because the police were there investigating a break-in. I called the place before they had a chance to make the food and the employee agreed that she would return my order. NOPE.Fast forward a few days and ask for a refund. NOPE. Need to contact corporate. Used the corporate feedback form. NOTHING. Checked the website and it says to go to the store for a refund. NOPE. Went back and the employee said it's all through corporate.This place is a scam.EDIT: I see their auto-responder got to this review. I've already gone to the feedback link they gave, TWICE, and still no real response. Absolutely horrible.
I don't like to give such bad reviews, I'm a glass half full kind of a lady. In the case of this Jack in the Box, there is much to be desired and I have to be honest above all. We went thru the drive thru and after we gave our payment we saw and heard this worker not wearing a mask sneezing twice without even covering her mouth, she possibly could have been the manager because she was counting the money at a cash register. She also looked like she was sick. The lady that was working the drive thru did have a mask but was only covering her mouth. Aside from that, the food tasted like it was double dipped or they had very old oil in the fryer. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location.

No one here spoke any English. I couldn't even order eggs, they tried to give me a sprite instead. They said pull to window, and i talked to two different people and ended up driving away with nothing
The service and taste here are not as good as before. I don’t know if the management staff has been changed. The service staff does not wear gloves and directly touches the food with their hands. The cashier needs to communicate with her loudly.
Closes at 10:00 apparently, which is fine but they still accept mobile orders and have 12:00 listed which is not fine.
