Took forever in line and you had to repeat the order to the person three too many times
They are not taking the orders from 5am to 06:00am then it should be 23hours open not 24hours open store. Everyday is having the same issue from this store. People working saying that store is closed directly.
The people who work here at night needs to get checked on by the franchise owner. They artificially create long lines in the drive through by taking a long time for every order. This results on fewer orders for the night crew to serve. I've always got hot stuff from here so can't complain about the food. If the franchise owner is reading this, please be advised
Removed all salads for a while during Covid19 but now have large chicken salads that make a meal or small dinner salad. Salads are great if lettuce is dried instead of added soaking wet.
Good food but long wait, even at drive thru
The food was aiit the lines are super long and slow sometimes due to lack of staff I think.
My son and I went there in the afternoon on 1/14/22 and went inside to order so we could eat in the car in the parking lot (since you can’t turn into the parking lot from the drive thru) and in came a family of 4 with a mask only on the father’s face but pulled down below his chin, no mask on the mom or kids, and nobody said anything to them about it. When the cashier turned around to give me my order, her mask was pulled down below her chin as well. HELLO? THERE’S A PANDEMIC GOING ON! Why was I the only person to have any regard for mask wearing even though it’s a current state mandate to wear them indoors?I guess go eat here if you want covid breathed all over your food! I won’t be back!
Expired ingredients. Still in the hospital. Food tasted like it from 1999.
I really enjoyed Jack in the Box I really enjoy going in after a long day at work get yourself a good meal coming home enjoy your your Jack In The Box and your movies after a long day at work when I'm not at work if it's a nice beautiful day I go to Jack In The Box and enjoy the day with Jack in the Box food
the soda tastes like a whole conglomeration of all the sodas in one, which sucks! The service was fast.
