Great burgers and family friendly place
On 02/25/22, my coworkers and I decided to try this place as we heard the reviews from people at work. We were the first people to arrive when they opened at 11. My order was the 3rd order. Both of my coworkers received their foods around 11:10. I watched as my food sat on the counter and the man packing food packaged 3 orders. By 11:18, I still had not received my order despite seeing it open and on the counter. I asked the gentleman about my order and he looked around and stated it’s right here. I told the gentleman that my fries have been sitting there open for several minutes and that I would like fresh fries. He closed the box and said “they’re still warm.” I proceeded to state that was unacceptable as they had been sitting open for several minutes. After waiting, I was given my food with an attitude. I’m really disappointed about my experience here, especially since it being my first time. The falafel burger was underwhelming, however the Spicy Garlic Fries were really good. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be recommending this restaurant to anybody I know due to my experience with the gentleman behind the counter. This was not the young gentleman who rang us up, he was actually really nice and pleasant it was the balding old man who was sorting the food behind him.
This is my first time dine in experience. The food and service are wonderful. Nouara quickly took our order and food is packed nicely. I loved mini burger idea which you can try variety of flavors. Definitely will come back.

Surprisingly, unexpectedly outstanding - both food and service!Note: its not your regular fast food place, where patties are waiting stalled for hours. Food is cooked on order - so your wait time might be little longer than average fast food place.For me it was probably around 5-7 minutes - i chatted with girl at the counter, grabbed my soda from the fountain, checked emails and food was ready.But trust me - it’s worth every minute of wait!
I come here every week with my coworker. We have always have great service and food. I order the Americano burger which is so juicy and they put a layer of amazing sauce that is to die for. Their fries recently changed, which was disappointing at first site until I tasted them, then I was happy as they were delicious. The cashier, Nouara, was very sweet and helpful. Making sure that even during our meal everything was fine and asked if we needed anything. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed at all.
Imma be honest. I was debating on going here or somewhere else, and decided to give it a try because it was new. They have a great selection of burgers, as well as some sides that I plan on trying next time I come(Mac n cheese bites). Nouara was super friendly and told us we wouldn't be let down with anything we got. So far, she has been completely right. I got the Double Decker, and my friend got the Nashville hot Chicken, and we both blown away by how good the sandwiches were. We immediately said we're gonna be back soon. You will definitely be more than satisfied when drop by for a burger! ?

They have a sign in the window for cooks, and they aren't kidding. Took 15 minutes just to get french fries. Yes, everything is cooked when it's ordered as it's ordered but that's still a long time to wait for fries.
