Poor fellow. He seemed to be THE only one cooking for the ToGo side and I think also the restaurant side. However, he said he had a very busy lunch, but took our online order and then placed others on hold until he had time to take more. Long wait (not his fault), but very kind and VERY good food! Oh man...the Lamn Shank?! Fall off the bone tender. Rice? Excellent! Fresh salad. Will DEFINITELY return!!
The taste is relatively ok but price is high for the quantity and quality. I would not go back again.
Ordered the beef wrap. Food was good, not many people on a weekday at lunch. Only complaint is that the music was a bit loud, but they turned it down when requested. Place was clean, food was great, prices were reasonable… What else can you ask for.
Ordered two Beef kabob plates, one plate should come with two Sticks of beef with onion and bell peppers…. Came w/ meat for one stick no onions or bell peppers on both orders… also check your rice.. mine had metal pieces

Tried the chicken kabob and Chaplin kabob platters. Both were delicious. Kabul rice was very tasty.

Express Kabob Grill is AMAZING. From the food to the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. I have been coming here for nearly a year and my experience has always been exceptional! The staff are very polite, and my food is always made FRESH. It's very hard to find restaurants that excel and meet the various needs of customers however Express Kabob Grill gets the job done with ease. Thank you!!!
This place is my new favorite middle-east restaurant! Their food is surprisingly very good. Highly recommend their eggplant and spinach dish, also their chicken kabob with either white rice or white rice with carrots and raisins. Definitely will visit this place often!
We made our first visit to Express Kabob today. We shared the lamb kabob plate and the sabzi plate (with spinach and eggplant). Both were excellent! The lamb was perfectly cooked and flavorful. It was nice to get two different choices with the sabzi plate, and both were great. Both dishes came with plenty of rice. There is plentiful outdoor seating.With a name like "Express Kabob", I was expecting more of a fast-food experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full menu of great Afghan dishes available. We'll definitely be back.
