Horrible costumer service. My boyfriend and I walked in and the man who was suppose to take our order told us to wait. As we waited he just stood around talking with a coworker. Then a man who was waiting for his food asked, not in a mean way. when his food would be ready, the lady said "if it's not there then it's not ready." Me and my boyfriend decided to leave.
Spent about 7 mins staring at empty counter, older guy comes out and asks us to wait and then just...cooks...for like 5 mins we just stood there and he never helped us....so we left
The food at Dog Haus is amazing always, our food came quickly and was so creative and delicious. BUT today the star was the Staff, especially Carlita. Even though she was training two people, during a lunch rush, on a holiday, she was still cheerful and helpful. She is an asset to your company! Thank you Carlita!

Normally I really like this place, but today they charged me $5 to substitute an impossible burger! That's a 50% upcharge! Adding a vegetarian tax is a surefire way to lose customers. I was excited to bring my girlfriend here, but after this she doesn't want to come back and I don't blame her. $1 or even $2 would have been understandable, but this is too much.
Dog haus has the perfect set up for dining in very welcoming and vibrant vibes from the atmosphere to the kind caring staff as well. The dogs are the best but the burgers are awesome too . The fries are incredibly delicious. Not the mention the drinks are also thirst quenching!
Delicious! A little oily but all corn dogs are. Flavor was perfect.
Very disappointed!!! Our order was received so late. On top of this, the Ringer was missing the bacon and barely had any BBQ sauce, very dry. In addition, our two orders of sweet potatoe fries was sad. Our box of fries if that’s what you want to call it was maybe 1/4 full in each box. For what this restaurant charges I expected better. We have ordered from here serveral times and it keeps getting worse. Not sure if we will be going back.
