Our son had his graduation and wanted to eat at his favorite restaurant but it doesn’t get better than this our waitress Donna handled all 30 guests all by herself with lots of demanding from us, she brought pitchers of waters , extra napkins and got all our orders right. We couldn’t happier to dine at Denny’s. Outstanding job Donna. Thank you. We will askl for you again.

I went here with my grandmother and could not believe how bad the service is at this location. I was laughing so hard when the server brought back a plate that had old lettuce and tomatoes. My grandmother's 'burger' looked so greasy and was just slapped on. My food was good but the portion size was not worth the price. That server, Mauricio has no common sense because why would you sit customers at a dirty table? I was laughing when he placed our silverware on a dirty table after I said it is dirty. There was trash on table and food crumbs, I don't know how he could not see that. He also lied about the price of the fruit. I remember him saying it was a 1.39. Also, if you can't handle picky customers, find another job then. We heard the gossip which is not surprising when an employee's ego gets the best of them. They removed my grandmother's meal but still giving one star for lousy service.

It was my first time going to Denny's and we went late at night around 1. The host Donna went out of her way to serve us. She was so kind and was always checking up on us. It was smy daughter's birthday and they didn't have anything special for birthdays, but she got birthday hats and everything that was hers and she gave to my kids and gave them ice cream. She is a great employee and she definitely made my night better. Would definitely want to go there again. Thank you Donna! I live that positive vibe you bring to your workplace especially so late at night.

Rafael has been great to my family and myself for the past 10 years plus! Great server and great person. Also the cook Cheto is the BEST!. Thank u Becky for your warm welcome and great customer service . We will be back and will recommend 2 everyone

I went into Denny’s with my family on Sunday and we had a great server named Rafael. He gave us awesome service. We will be going again soon!

DONNA IS THE BEST!! She is very friendly and helpful. She makes sure all customers are satisfied..We follow her in every store that she goes to because my family and I just love her bubbly personality..

Update as of 01/22/22 Went in w my hubby, our daughter, & her date, we sat for long minutes, were told repeatedly by the gal there, "let me handle this and I'll be right w u." MINUTES went by, it's 11:20pm...we hungry! I work for Denny's when I was 18...we ALWAYS say folks down, nvr left them to sit-if there are tables open and NO ONE ELSE WAITING!I immediately called Applebee's across the street, explained Denny's failure & asked if they'll sit us and feed us and whether it was too late to do so. Nope. The gal said "Come on over!"Thank you Applebee's for turning our late dinner night around!! Shame on you Denny's....act ur 65+ years of age & get w it!

I understand you have to be firm with safety. She is great at doing it. I work as a full time corporate chef/manager, and do doordash as my side gig. I always go to this store to pick-up food. I was going to use the bathroom. The crew was mopping the floor and I said sorry for passing by. And then this lady manager, came up to me and asked what am I doing and said I'm going to use the bathroom. She said expressively no you can't use the bathroom. Which I totally understand. So I sat and waited. I told her that she can't talk to me like that being rude. She said no she wasnt being rude that I just cant accept it. I sat and waited. While I'm waiting for my the floor to be dry, also for my doordash order, she was talking to her co-workers repeatedly making fun of the word rude while they laugh about it. I totally understand her emotions after I called her out. I actually know some of them and they are really amazing. I've only seen her once here. I just think that she could've handled the situation in a less expressive way. In which she did. She did a great job handling the situation after what happened, like great managers do. After the incident, we ended up talking properly and gave me a drink, it's so nice of her. And she explained her side and why she became expressive at that particular moment. She considered my safety, along with company's guidelines. She explained about the incident and was very courteous when explaining it. Thank you!!!

I appreciate these lovely staff in the morning. The managers all smile. Really great environment. My kids had a great service . Thank you Dennys
