So I happened to go to this restaurant let alone I’m pregnant and I called before going over. I know they close at 9:30 so I asked if it was ok to be there at 9:11 and the guy said ok. I drove 39 mins to eat at that place being pregnant. They looked at me and said sorry we’re closed. We stop taking people in at 9. So I told them I had called before going there for 39 mins and the lady didn’t care. She was very rude and she said she doesn’t care and that for next time I know they stop taking people in at 9. So for anyone that is pregnant and know how cravings work. I left that place crying. May be I’mMaking a big deal about that but it’s just their lack of professionalism that had me drive 39 mins for nothing.
Really bad experience. First they messed up our order. Then our order came and the chapli had no salt. Other patrons complained of the same thing. When we pointed it out politely, the waitress was very rude. She said, “she didn’t make it”. She never apologized or offered to change our order. We were there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. They ruined our whole experience.
Great Afghan foodWill absolutely come again
Very good food!
The food here isdelicious. It's very flavorful. I really enjoyed my meal and look forward to going back again.
Outside seating available - six tables in courtyard, and four in parklette.
First of all Unprofessional service , we had qabli palo .. it come without any salad or any side .. they never come to ask for anything on our table .. Second the qabli doesn’t test good as it is not a real traditional qabli plawi .. they made rice meat and other ingredients separately ..
Stopped by for takeout and got what felt like an authentic Afghani food experience. Picked up the triple combo which was an excellent introduction to the cuisine. Meat (chapli and regular beef kebab and chicken kebab) was well seasoned and flavorful, the bread was tasty and the accompaniments (Afghan potato salad and salsa) we're fresh and crunchy. Food was ready in about 10 minutes and the only hiccup is that they only accept cash. So, don't forget to take some cash! :)
