Normally I rate this place high but today is a disappointment. Last day of school and there are two employees working, the second one just came in. There is a huge line out the door, how do they not know everyone goes out for ice cream when school gets out on the last day. Also, both employees are not wearing masks. Big fail today Cold Stone.
I don’t even want to give 1 star. The supervisor didn’t observe and teach the new trainee how to make an icecream. He doesn’t even know what will be in German chocolate and how to mix icecream. He completely melted the icecream on the stone only and filled the cup with that melted icecream to give to me.Worst service I have ever received at ColdStone!!
We we always have a good experience here unlike the other one by Costco it’s a terrible service but here wonderful stuff.
Great place, the signature selections are really cool and you can make your own creation as well. Jack was the guy who took our order and he was great, really friendly and patient as we had a number of instructions for how we wanted our ice cream. Definitely coming back!
Went to get ice cream for the go, after ringing the bell like 3-4 times with no one in the front and no response, this guy comes up with an attitude, this was an unpleasant visit, asked for a cone, he said they had no cones, even though this is an ice cream store, I understand that being short staffed is hard but having an attitude with people un related to the fact is not ok. Ice crema was good though

Ordered custom cake this week and got ice cream cake without any decorations and zero accountability from store manager . I will never order from this store.
Walked in and Anna was incredibly helpful, patient and lots of fun. Oh and generous with the toppings. Thank you so much for the prefect visit, we'll be back.
Poorly managed. 5 staff working on one side of the ice cream. Not enough space to work and lots of cross contamination. Not enough cleaning off stations between preparations. Stale ingredients. My ice cream wasn't even mixed up. All of the ingredients were on top and ice cream was just solid underneath. The person who made mine also threw a lot of the ingredients away because he grabbed too much ice cream, so I didn't get very much of the ingredients at all. For a place that is this expensive, I expect better. Try a different location if you can.
