Worst chipotle in my last 10 years.Half of items were out of stock. They gave qaesidia where cheese was not even melted.
The manager needs to teach the associates customer service, had 4 people and only one person helping customers with their orders. Not to mention the line was almost out the door.
I ordered online. The app showed it will be ready at 6:10 pm. I was there before 6:10 and I could get the order at 6:45. 35 minutes delay is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. If you cannot deliver don't promise. In addition when I tried to ask about my order cashier cut me and said just wait without even listening. In store customers came and left. As I had already paid I could not leave so they prioritized in store customers.
Horrible service, worse bowl I've ever received. New employee kept asking how to make a quesadilla and then made the tiniest steak bowl in history. Will never go here again...
The takeout was horrible. My order was promised at 6:10 yet I got it after 40 mins of waiting. Yet the food was waiting in the back the whole time. When I tried to ask about it I was very rudely shut out.
Store #106. Joshua the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. When I went up to pay for my order, he was on his phone. Another employee asked him to ring me up. He had this frustrated laziness demeanor and hesitated for several minutes. He then rang me up with this "you're bothering me" attitude. He then yells out "There!" and points to the credit card reader and walks away without bagging my order. He then gets back on his phone and ignores me. Another one of the employees there went up and bagged my order and apologizes for the wait and hands me the receipt This is utterly unacceptable. Please train or hire your employees with a little bit better customer service. Store #106 44029 Osgood Rd. Fremont, CA 94539. Again the Host was Joshua.
Do not order online at this store! The portion was half the normal dish you order in person. I feel cheated on.
Really really small portions, hardly got any veggies in our veggie bowl, hungry 1.5 hours later. More like a snack
So noisy may be machines, more etc, already inside the store and can't get here the meal makers asking questions
