If there's a way to give this place zero stars, I'd give it! This is the second time I've had a terrible experience with this place in last few weeks.I placed the order online about 45 minutes ago, but when I got there to pickup (exactly at my pickup time), I was told they're "closed" and I can go online to get a refund.Now I need to make alternative arrangement for dinner for my family! I'm NEVER ordering from Chipotle again! I cut them some slack for recent poor experiences since I know all restaurants are going through labor shortage. But I'm DONE with Chipotle!

I used to come to this location all the time. And I mean nearly every day. I had barely any complaints other than inconsistent portions. That can often be remedied by being there in person and asking for "a bit more" of something. Lately, however, they have been just plummeting downhill in terms of service.I work late, so I often show up in the evening. They're supposed to close at 10PM, but lately they've been randomly closing early. Also, when they are open, they run out of so many ingredients. Though one time I asked for chips and a helpful employee went in the back and got me some. The manager scolded them in front of me for doing this and I wasn't sure why. Yesterday was a day they randomly closed early. Today, they're only accepting online orders.I'm bummed out that this place has gone so downhill. I probably won't be returning.

GreetingsNeed I say I used to work at chipotle so I know how high the standards should be but unfortunately at this locations the standards are terrible. I understand kids or teens must start somewhere but they also need guidance to create the best customer experience. A very tall white male (didn’t catch his name which is why I’m describing him) barely greeted me before starting my order once my burrito made it to the salsa area the line was super dirty food all over the counter the gauc spoon was inside the cheese and I pointed it out to the young lady that helped me with the salsa as she grabbed the spoon and placed it with the dirty dishes she then wiped her hands on her aprons multiple times without changing her gloves this young lady I believe was (mexican girl with a brown ponytail ) didn’t catch her name and indeed I ordered double chicken and she did attempt to roll my burrito but wasn’t successful and that’s okay as I said we all must practice things to get better But with her judging the food inside the Burrito to try and make it manageable another girl (black girl with a bun) ended up rolling it but by the time I made it to my car to bite into it my tortilla was cold . I was super disappointed not just with the service but with how the line looked that’s unacceptable and these teens that are being hired should have guidance in there work and also have a manager or supervisor walking around showing them the acceptable way of things and perception. I will not be coming back to this location, I just needed to share my experience and the corrective criticism with the hopes that things will change.

Seemed like they closed really early on a Saturday and my pickup meal seemed to be made with leftovers as it was heavy on the peppers but didn't have beans and limited proteins. Seems par for the course when I go to this location. I like chipotle burrito bowls but too much to spend for an incomplete meal.

Came in to see them making my online order, guy looked like he gave up on my order , didn’t think anything of it, the burrito fell apart and was wet . How do you mess up a burrito …worst experience at chipotle ever…

I tried to make an order at this location but the staff was to busy having a conversation about some employee that quit. Some kid came from the back, looked right at me then turned around, put an apron on and started washing his hands… no one bothered to acknowledge me in any way… on of the ladies even stepped up to the counter and started making a burrito (I must assume for an online order) but couldnt be bothered to say something like “someone will be right with you”.The kid who took his time about washing his hands looked somewhat surprised when he finally turned around and I was walking out. There is a Subway right near so they got my money instead.I checked their Yelp reviews and the only had 2 1/2 stars and most of the comments were due to poor service… seems spot on.I think the management teams needs to do some ‘secret shopper’ investigation here.

We ordered three bowls online, but apparently all came with different combinations. Very ridiculous. How come you guys gave me a bowl without meats? even though I added extra meat. Again, ridiculous. Can you guys read alphabets? Questionable.

I came here out of every place around the Area cause usually chipotle is a non hassle of a place at least where I'm from but I didn't have a good experience. It's super expensive here, the portion size of meat was small, Ido t like the way they told me pull up my mask and to top it all off I bought my food and then the restroom was closed also the lettuce looked disgusting

I Had a big catering order for a business meeting. I showed up and they did not have anything, I even made my order earlier so I had time. It took them 20 minutes to figure out they screwed up and missed it. Embarrassed and stressed over the whole ordeal. Don’t know if I will depend on Chipotle again for catering.

I don't know what it is about this location in particular but they just seem to be the worst one I have ever experienced every single time I go there 1st off the employees are not friendly at all and are rude to you if you ask for anything extra that has happened to me 2 times now and also I tend to go there late at night like right now it is 9 AM and they are supposed to close at 10 I drove all the way there off the freeway come to find that they are closed and this is not the 1st time that has happened either I would suggest not spending your money at this location they will just give you a headache
