I’ve had the same experience twice now. I ordered through the app for delivery. The most recent time was a week ago. Not only was my delivery 30 minutes later than the time expected time provided, it was refrigerator cold! My guacamole contained very large pieces of unripened, hard avocado. I’m not sure why they ask customers to complete their customer satisfaction survey. I completed it immediately after receiving this disappointing offer. They don’t bother to respond. I know times are tough these days & it’s reflected in their lack of quality.
Chipotle is good, but the delivery is very bad.This is for the Chipotle Fremont CA store.I ordered from Chipotle website, because their iphone app force quit. In my most recent 5 delivery orders, all of them arrive late like 40 -60 min, although I live 5 min away from the store, and among the 5 deliveries, 2 of them had open bags which Chipotle gave me refund.I don't know which delivery company is working for Chipotle, but it's time to change to a new one because your customer definitely won't receive fair service for delivery fee plus tips. I'd rather go to the store to order instead of trying another delivery.
I ordered veggie burrito bowl with Sofaritas. I am pure vegetarian, when I started eating I found 2 meat pieces in the food. It’s disgusting that meat came in the mouth.I would not recommend vegetarians people to eat at chipotle.
Pickup orders are consistently behind schedule. Like 30-45 minutes. Other folks waiting for a long time. Not many orders coming out. 1 every 4 minutes or so. If you want to try delivery, just know that this store cancelled my order once without explanation and another order got cancelled by doordash because the driver was waiting for the order too long.
I ordered online and they said my order was going to be ready by 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30, and the person (who I think is the manager) waved me away and said they still working on the online orders. I waited for 30 minutes and asked another employee for the order status. The employee look backed at the shelf behind the register and it turns out my order was ready before I even came and they didn't even bothered to check. This Chipotle has disappointed me multiple times but this time they went too far. This is why they deserve 1 star. Probably not going to order again at this location.
One of the worst experiences in Bay Area, not just Chipotle, but all restaurants combined. All orders were delayed and staff were indolent. No orders were placed on order shelf and everything was just thrown behind the counter after quietly calling out the order name. Most people waiting had to have their order made again. Extremely annoying to see the pace after waiting so much for an order. Looks like there are issues between employees as well.Better to not have chipotle rather than ordering from here.
Beware: they scam you on online orders. Picked up and both my husbands (burrito) my salad were not correctly portioned. Tried to give us half the portion. When confronted the management tried to argue saying it was correct. We had to point down (to orders being made). They corrected themselves by making us cut in line to be remade. Never apologize for wrong doing.Best to just wait in their long line.
I am always a fan of chipotle. But little disappointed here. The reason you do a pickup is to avoid waiting in the line. If you somehow end up waiting in the line for a pickup order to get ready because when you arrive at the location to pickup they are still preparing order for those who ordered half hour before you, that’s really disappointing.Also the food (rice) s not cooked well sometimes. I guess when they are in hurry they don’t cook the rice well. Overall I would like to say, avoid this location if possible and chose some other location near by.
This is the only location that has the worst service ever. I stood in line for 30 minutes and only one person in the front making food. One lady at the register not helping at all. It possibly couldn’t be any slower. I wonder why the manager is not pushed to have folks in the front. I see employees randomly chatting in the back and not coming upfront. Unbelivably horrible. Towards the end a randomly lady walks to the register cuts infront of everyone and grabs food while I’m being rung up. As i request for the manager to stop this harrassment of customers but apparently the chatty and lazy stAff gets offended. What a shameful show of basic fastfood service. The entire time line was more than 15 people at a given time and the staff didn’t seem to give two hoots. Do see attached photos and commrny so this locations shameful managements takes action.
The worst chipotle ever.They don’t give me enough stuff. I got a bowl and it looked empty at the end even though I ordered a lot of items.The workers seemed to be over worked and not happy to serve customers.Even the stake didn’t taste the same as other chipotles.
