If you’re going to order do not listen to the “ order pickup at x:xx “ the time they give you is way off and you will be waiting more time. I went in there to get a refund and the manager says “ did you want your food in 15 minutes or something? “ no lady I did not, I wanted my food when it says it’s going to be ready. I didn’t drive over here just to wait 40 more minutes. The service is terrible, the manager is terrible and the overall play just sucks.
Paid extra for Guacamole, and tortillas, and I’m missing the Guacamole ?, the tortillas are stuck together in a blob, and all the sauces for our salads, & entrees are missing. I guess we’re lucky we got straws and cutlery. We even picked it up, so they had time. ??♀️??♀️ Won’t waste my time or money here again.
Food was great, service SUCKED. The staff was non-existent practically. Took FOREVER to get our drinks and food ordered and received back. It was just plain ridiculous. The staff that I did see, were busy standing around chatting. Our waitress kept playing with her hair....I'm like seriously?? Did you not read the food handlers manual??? Stop touching your hair! Yuck. Never coming back to this location. Don't recommend this place at all.
A nice place to have lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean tables. As vegetarians, finding such good restaurants to eat when we are out and about is great, and Chili's is awesome. Now it is To Go. Their molten chocolate cake is awesome!
Friendly staff. Fast Service. Clean Restroom. Food Appearance good.My husband liked his hamburger. My fajitas was ok. No flavor or seasoning on the chicken. Onions over cooked. Soda, the machine mix ran out of syrup that makes the soda. Cheesecake delicious. Waitress was good. I'd return but I would not order the fajitas again. Probably the ribs.
Food was pickup and was on time.Serving container was soaked cardboard almost fell apart. Ordered chicken fajitas and parts of chicken was not cooked. Sour cream was watery goo. Did not get any tortilas.Used to be much better.
The Food was Delicious, the atmosphere was Nice, our waitress was Good & Friendly, but the wait for our meal, was fairly slow, for the restraunt not being very Busy Inside.
During 2020 and most of 2021 not by any fault of this establishment I would not have recommended eating here. Covid-19 has obviously affected everyone and everything.I ate here tonight and the staff was on it. They were hustling and making it happen like the Chili's of old. Our server whose name I unfortunately cannot remember , but he was very professional and courteous. My mom is 80 years old and she was very happy that we were able to eat out tonight. ? Keep up the good, hard work guys and I know that during these tough times people will keep coming back. ?
I have stopped going to chili's for a while because they cut back on quality and quantity. I gave them another chance... It's only gotten worse. Chilis... You forgot the basic principle of keeping your customers happy and coming back - quality, quality, quality. Many places cut back on portions but what keeps them coming back is that they return to the good tasting food. Your steaks aren't even cooked to order, its a coin toss to see if you get what you ordered. You are better than this Chili's.
Good food better than chili's in Union City. My only complaint is it was so cold inside had to keep my coat on which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Even asked if the AC be turned off. Why it was on I don't know, since it was evening and cold outside.
