Commercials say 5.00 for a burger and chicken friesThe restaurant says 6.00False advertising??Food was Luke warm at bestNow I remember why I haven't eaten there in years.Way too expensive for very low quality ?

Im blown away by the customer service that I received today from this location. I came in by myself after sitting in Dennys for 15 minutes and only received water while I watched someone else eat the same exact salad I ordered when I was there first. Anyway I walked across the street to this location to order something quick. There want any wait or crowd. The store was near, modern and clean. The menu was bright and visible. And I was greeted immediately by a wonderful lady named, Veronica. Miss Veronica was humble, friendly, smiled and gracious in demeanor. She may be a manager or shift supervisor as she was training another young lady, but her professionalism was so on point assisting me did not break her stride and She wasn't mean or bossy to the young lady at all. Multifaceted She was! She did not fuss about my missing mask as I left it in Denny's. Even though salads aren't listed on the menu I asked and she stated they did have chicken salad there and that's what I ordered. She even allowed me to order it spicy instead of the regular way. She asked how many dressings and croutons would I like and that was even more cool! My food came out in a fast and orderly fashion and I paid half the paid as I would have at Denny's. Thank you Veronica for your outstanding and exceptional customer service!

Best plant based burger, the impossible burger. Tasty, filling.

Confusing Instore experience. They forget about packing the orders in a proper way. I’m able to see my order ready in the racks, but they took 15 min to put it in bag.

If give 5 stars if they had the Italian chicken sandwich back in stock - like other Burger Kings. Staff did everything right in the drive thru.If the location looks familiar: it used to be a Wendy's.

Hey average fast food place flame broiled is a gimmick I think but good news they also take EBT for those of us still recovering

The impossible burger is very tasty and filling. There is a limited two for $7 deal. I like the side salads, although you can get cheaper in stores (assembly required). Reason for the missing star is that it is impossible to ask for the order without ketchup packets and forks and napkins. Instead of leaving these items out other items are removed (e.g. cheese). It would be nice if there was a code word that you could use to reduce environmental impact that way.

This will sound super odd, but whomever the line cook is wears entirely too much cologne. I’ve been here twice and both times my food had an after taste of cologne (and to make it even more odd, it was two different kinds). I wish I was making this up. It’s only THIS location though. I couldn’t finish my food bc the taste was so overwhelming. I did drive through both times and wasn’t going to circle back and be the crazy woman complaining about cologne burgers lol. Other than that the employees seemed polite. I just won’t be visiting this location anymore.

Only 2 people working there. Took 30 minutes to get to the front of the line at the drive through. They messed up the order and gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular. I came back but still had to pay for a replacement chicken sandwich.

They were closed, but had no signs saying they were closed for Thanksgiving. A lot of people kept trying to order at the drive thru and would give up, go to the window and honk, but nobody was there. Very unprofessional.
