Horrible service, employees openly chewing on food while serving tables, half the staff stopped working (including the kitchen) to watch a boxing match on tv. The pictures of the bathroom pretty much summarize the state of the business.And to the management- if you really want customers to tip for good service, try sending the lukewarm appetizer that was ordered 10 minutes before everything else out before the rest of the food instead of 10 minutes after, and maybe pass along to the team that an apology might be needed instead of acting like nothing was wrong. Pretty sure that’s how it’s supposed to work.One more thing- before you hit me with the canned “So sorry, go fill out the form on our website”, don’t worry, already did!
I am writing this review when I’m at the restaurant itself. We came at 8:45 got the table at 9:10. We ordered drinks, wings, appetizers, we got our drinks at 10pm and wings at 10:20 and the waiter didn’t even give us plates. He took 15mins to bring it. Our appetizers(wings, nachos) we didn’t even get it. This is almost after 2hours. Very very bad experience. Hope the manager or the owner should look at this review and please take some action.
Time check: it’s been an hour and twenty minutes. We haven’t received our food yet. Well they only took our order twenty minutes after we dropped in. No silverware, no napkins, messed up the drink order too. Contemplating on ordering dessert right now for my visit on Tuesday, to which I won’t show up. No worries, coz the dessert won’t either.
DON'T ORDER TAKEOUT HERE!!I made the mistake of placing a pick-up order at this location. The order was not too big: 6-piece bogo boneless wings and a house sampler. The scheduled pickup time was 8:20pm. I reached the restaurant at 8:25pm and finally left the restaurant with my food at 9pm (35min delay).No one in the staff even seemed apologetic about the delay. They kept saying that they were waiting on the 6-piece wings (everything else was ready). And because of this, by the time I got home with my order (I live 10 mins away), the house sampler was completely cold. Cold mozzarella sticks taste like fried rubber. The onion rings had become soggy.Never ordering from this location again!
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for a late lunch on a Saturday and the place was about 1/3rd full. The service was remarkably slow to the point of absolute annoyance. I give 3 stars because the wings were good. As for the look of the place. Well on the inside it was ok. Lots of TV's which is a plus but the restrooms were a bit dirty. Good wings is really not enough to bring me back when the experience is not there.
It would get a 5 star or a 2 star depending on the waitresses. We had 1 that was GREAT. And have also had to wait over an hour for drinks MANY times. Funny part is they were most busy the day we had great service.

They are super slow, and they have no control at all. You go in and ask for a table and because the host has to go to the back and help people just walk in and they don't even realize it, and when I tried telling a waiter about it she acted like it was not of her business. They need more control even if they are short handed
I have the same sentiments as others. This place is not a friendly atmosphere when you enter. Took 7-10 minutes for someone to seat us despite not being crowded. After finally getting seated, it took another 10 minutes to order drinks and the server even forgot one of our drinks!It took about 25-30 minutes to get our wings which were delicious hence some stars. Even if they are understaffed (maybe?) why does everything take so long and why are customers seen as the bane of this restaurants existence?
