1st off... what a cool, old, little town strip. Found this pizza joint from other reviews and decided to meet up here for lunch. Service is a little slow probably due to how busy it was. We tried 3 different pizzas ( Chuck Wagon, Margarita and Chicken BBQ) the chicken BBQ was my favorite the other 2 needed to be cooked just a little longer... dough in some spots was not cook all the way through. The flavor was great though. Also tried some popcorn chicken which was great.
Didn't have any breads. The reason I gave a bad rating is coz the waitress asked four times about which toppings we need and didn't make a note even after we asked, finally when pizza arrived didn't have a single onion or artichoke.. they were so busy and we couldn't even ask.. very disappointed and compared to blacow it's a very small place.. we really loved the blacow location..
Pizza is consistent, but the last few times we've gotten it (to go) we've found that they aren't covering the entire pizzas with sauce and cheese. Seems like less and less gets covered so all we have is plain pizza crust. Attached is a picture of just two slices, but one pizza had 3 slices that were like this and the other had 2 slices with no sauce or cheese. That's almost half a pizza with only crust, don't be cheap bronco Billy's!
This pizza place is delicious. The pizza is freshly made and very tasty. Dinning in here is awesome and has more than just pizza. Service is really good as well. Overall this place is great.The location is also a plus. You can go for a nice walk after
Brought the family to Niles as we never been here before... saw Bronco Billy's ....Best pizza we ever had and we eat at a lot of pizza spots. Everyone loved it!!!!!! First time here and definitely won't be the last now that we found this spot in Fremont Niles district.Service was great too. Everyone's friendly and multiple employees asked if we needed anything and how was everything. Service was awful and slow. They were out of Raspberry Ice Tea, out of regular Ice Tea, they were overwhelmed with only us and our 2 friends in the place. We had to ask them to bring our drinks 10 minutes after we had ordered them. My wife ordered a pastrami sandwich, with Swiss cheese on it that was nearly non existent, only a small half piece of cheese on one side. They had to be reminded that it came with a side of chips. The pizza crust was undercooked. The pepperoni was stacked 5 high in some places. Mushrooms were scarce but the olives were plentiful! All in all it was a terrible experience for the price of the food, 2 soft drinks, and 2 beers. I won’t go back there again.
This was one of the most incredible pizzas I have had in a long time. Great service! Great food done perfectly. Also they have some local made soda that only they have.
Great food for a great price! I got the large Chuck Wagon pizza to-go. Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace has an outdoor cashier who will take your order, then deliver your order to you outside when it's ready. My pizza was ready in under 10 minutes. I love how there was an abundance of toppings on the pizza. Taste was great. The only feedback I have is that the middle of the pizza was soggy and hard to hold. You will definitely need a plate due to the sogginess and the sheer amount of toppings which will inevitably fall off, although neither of these points really bother me. Pizza tastes great reheated as well.
DON'T COME HERE IF YOU ARE REALLY HUNGRY!! I am giving this place one star because the food is good, but the service is horrible. It took for the staff 20 min to ask us if we were carry out or dine in, finally we got a table and again 20 min later they took our oder. One hour later I ask about my order and the reason why it was taking so long, they just said it was coming and that there was 4 pizzas ahead of us. One hour and a half later finally we got our food. Unbelievable!!!!
5 star location. Best pizza, best staff, best location. Quick phone order but would be just as comfortable sitting and dinning in. Service has been like this for years. Amazing the other locations can learn a thing or two from this one. And i am willing to travel from hayward to this location. The original the best! The combination had a amazing amount of garlic. Artisan like pizza. Worth every dollar.
