Boudin is similar menu-wise to Panera Bread. Sandwiches, salads, fresh bread and baked goods. The cost/value is similar to Panera. I had a salad here; it pleasantly didn't have too much dressing. The sandwiches here are good, too, and you can mix and match pairs of items to make a lot of different combinations. If you're for a quick casual bite, this is a good spot.

I tried calling to place an order but it seemed they didn't want to answer the phone and directed me to place an online order. I placed an online order and paid with my credit card in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order they said they ran out of the items I ordered without even apologizing. I asked for a refund and days have passed and I still have not gotten a refund. Would not recommend.

I wish I had taken pictures. The chicken pesto sandwich and the pulled pork melt were great! As we're the cookies and the chocolate fudge. The only reason I took away one star was because the pulled pork melt had come apart in the box. Will def go back for the sourdough bread and try out their salads.

None of the indoor tables were clean and their was an employee just walking around trying to look busy. Our order got messed up on our french dip, they tried to make it right, but it just wasn't the best. They forgot my grandson's fish bread that was supposed to come with his soup. We had to ask for it. The salad and cheesey bread were both amazing. I love Boudin bread. We'll give a cafe another try.

Great comfort food for a cold day. I got the tomato bisque soup and their french dip sandwich. Partner got the steak sandwich and clam chowder in a bread bowl. We opted for the whole sandwich instead of the half.We loved every bite but could not finish our food and had left overs for later.Only negative is that the lines get pretty long, but not bad enough to knock down a star. Plus it's covid time, so I get it that everyone is a little understaffed right now. This was our second time there and we will be back soon!

Food is just ok, great for bread but not worth the price on the food. The staff is really lost.

Haven't ate here in years! Food is very delicious. Great portions. Good prices. Fed family of 3 with $50

I walked in ordered a sourdough chowder bowl .BAM , it was ready in a matter of 90 seconds ❣️ Great staff. Great soup .Thank you ❣️

I got turned on to this franchise via California Adventure Disneyland which served the hands down best theme park sandwiches I ever had. Not sure this is a fair statement because having a Boudin in your theme park and calling it theme park food is like calling the Mickey D in the airport airport food. At any rate, I believe the experience was excellent and will always be good at the DCA because they have such a high volume of patrons to serve that their bread always will be fresh. This is a result of the need to turn out loaf after loaf since you're turning it over so quickly from other to order. So good. Follow it up with a Ghirardelli sundae and you nailed the SF eating experience at a theme park. But I digress... I was here in our local option in the bay area because my kids and their friends wanted food from here and placed a phone order. When I arrived to pick it up... They didn't have it. Seemed it was given away to a delivery person so someone scored a decent package that night. The frustrating part is that they wanted me to prove I had an order vs them having an available record of it to validate my claim against. I ended up spending 5 to 10 minutes trying to contact family to try and get the digital copy of the receipt because the partial screenshot I went in with was not enough for them. They eventually made me another complete order after finding their own record of the list so I had to wait over 20 more minutes on top for it, but stuff happens. Not a great experience but I can't give them less than 4 stars cuz they food is gud.

Great sandwich n clam Chowder...
