This place was terrible . Dead in the eye staff. No personality whatsoever. Food was Mediocre. They forgot part of my order. I had to circle around the block and come back. Which is absolutely ridiculous considering gas prices at this time. The chicken was not that great, usually they have chickens cooking on the rotisserie . That was not The case this evening. I remember when this place was really good. But now I think it is disgusting and definitely not up to standards.
Placed an order online then went to the store. Instructions are to call upon arrival and they will bring your food out. Took forever for someone to finally answer the phone only to be told that the order had not been started yet. Sat in my car for 40 minutes without anyone even having the courtesy to come out and explain the delay. Finally left without my order however they charged me for it anyway.
Order here if you like bland a** food. Menu says ciabatta bread for chicken sandwich but it’s some cheap roll. Bland. No flavor. $11 post tax. I knew I shoulda cooked my own lunch. Man Popeyes chicken sandwich is 6 tiers above this and for the price I can get 3 of them.
Just picked up my order, a 3 piece chicken meal. I always get the same thing. Attaching a photo, what is this? I do see 3 pieces but at least they haven't cut it up even further.

Food arrived promptly when ordered through activemenu. No delivery charge either and delivered after 10pm!
Ordered a Christmas meal for 6 people. Pickup time was 11am. We waited a full 2.5h for the food, outside in the cold. I spoke to their corporate office to see if I could cancel the order and was told that there was no guarantee that they would refund as it would be treated as a no-show. Finally get the food home to discover that the portions are likely not enough for 4 people. That's $149 that you'll not get from me again Boston Market.
Food here is consistent. Doesn't look like much in there maybe because if pandemic? But it can be better I've notice some restaurants looks more like a storage area than a restaurant... But we are here just to order food right? Other than that I recommend if you're a Boston market fan
Still got to order some food before Thanksgiving. Great staff but the creamed spinach isn't consistent.
