Probably one of the best dumpling restaurants I have eaten at in East Bay. My coworkers and I go there for lunch every so often. Would recommend!
Best to come early like when they really open. Such fresh dumplings, noodle, and really everything! XLB (soup dumplings) had thin enough skin and not overly salty. The fresh pulled noodz so good! We tried the braised beef and loved it. Potstickers had sesame and the inside filling was very flavorful. Would def come back and next time pick up some of their frozen dumplings
Shrimp & pork wonton chili oil (5/5) - I'm not a fan of spicy food, but I do love eating wontons in chili oil. The chili oil has to be a bit mild for me to enjoy it. Will try it again!
Great buns and dumplings and potstickers. Noodles are not recommend
This place has really good quality food. It reminds me of Taiwan mom and pop places, home cooking. Delicious soup dumplings, dumplings, potstickers, beef noodle soup, and appetizers vegetables. During the pandemic, they're efficient with using the QR code to order food, even for dining in service. It's clean as well, plates and utensils are all disposable.
Bing's Dumplings is a modern, family-owned eatery serving traditional beef noddle spicy, dumplings, and cold dishes.I come here 2-3 times week and never get tired of the affordable menu. If visiting, you must try the:+ Beef noodle soup+ Pork & crab soup dumplings+ Pork & shrimp wontons+ Cucumber salad+ For an extra kick of flavor, add the housemade chili oil!
Every time I come from Houston to visit family. I always make sure to stop here for a bowl of Wonton soup. By far the best dim sum in all of the bay area. Awesome food! Highly Recommend!
Bing’s Dumplings has authentic Chinese Dim Sum and efficient quick service.
Spoiled steamed dumplings resulted in food poison. For those who are not familiar with dumplings, a hint of sourness means the meat is not fresh and could cause diarrhea. Toss the food away!
Four of us went to Bing’s on a Saturday evening. Yes, there was a wait, but the chairs outside were comfortable, and we were seated inside in about 25 minutes. The waiter was very helpful explaining the menu choices. We ordered 3 different dumplings, Pork Crab Meat Soup dumplings, Steamed Chicken Cabbage dumplings and Steamed Lamb Pumpkin dumplings. There were 8 dumplings in each order. All of these were excellent. Our only mistake was not ordering a fourth choice. I’m sure we would have eaten it! We also ordered Braised Beef Noodle Soup. The broth was tasty, but some of the beef was gristly and tough. We had tea, and the pot was refilled upon request. I recommend Bing’s for authentic, delicious dumplings!
