Ordered @10:16, the lady said it has to be ready in 45 minutes. Ok, come to the restaurant @11:24, one lady said out order is not ready. When asked some more questions, she either reply she can do nothing or no replying at all. I understand it is rush hour during weekend, but 8 dim sum dishes for 1 hour is long, moreover still waiting outside and the lady said she is not sure for the waiting time. It is 11:36 already. Ordering takeout or dining in on weekend is really bad idea. The service is impatient and impolite.
A TRUE HIDDEN Gem. All dishes are made fresh to order so here's what I do. Order 4-5 items from Dim Sum menu. When that arrives if you want more go ahead. Just remember freshness takes time to prepare. At B K's Bistro, it's always worth the wait. My first Chicken feet. Loved it.
Been coming here for years.. had Bad service in the past but kept coming.Paid $86 for food to go today. I politely asked for 1 extra plate. She said no extra plates I asked for a small container. She said no we don't have any. told me to Use one that had food inside. Never again will I spend a $ at this place. Good food Rude service.
Best Chinese food I've had in a long time. We enjoyed the tea, water, chicken chow mein, Kung pow chicken and chicken corn soup.
I like the dim sum there. The food is delicious
Got dim sum here. Each entree is minimum around $5. I thought the shumai was nice and juicy. Tofu Skin roll is also decent but a little oily. Order on a paper and items are brought out.
Ordered dim sum take out from BK's Bistro. Since I was in the area, I thought I would check it out. Ordering online was simple as they provided pictures of food. Aside from the traditional dim sum, we also ordered Clams with black bean sauce, and Fried Pork chop. The sticky rice was pretty good. Shrimp dumplings and siu mai was okay. The wrapping was a bit thicker than usual so it was quite doughy. Baked pork bun was okay as well. The portions were generous.Clams and black bean sauce could have been better. There was quite a bit of sand in those clams; probably did not clean them too well.
Good place for Dim Sum with very reasonable price. They offer you both inside and outside sitting. Service is good too. Highly recommend the Dim Sum menu. They don’t have the carts as you see in most of other places so you will need to order your food first and wait for them to come.
A nice Cantonese dim sum restaurant! Deep fried shrimps and fried durian fruit puff are awesome!
One of the best dim sum restaurant on East Bay, we are regular here, everytime we came the food is good, price is resealable.
