Got in just before the graduation rush. Got seated quickly, and started with the pretzel appetizer with beer cheese and Honey mustard.Flavor was great, and our food arrived shortly after.They were a little understaffed for the time frame but our service was still good.
It seems like bartender Nayeli priorities first to take care of her boyfriend as a customers we feel like she never offer us any drinks.She was too busy talking to boyfriend on the corner of the bar. There was only 3 customers at the bar. I used to come to this place constantly and have completely stop recently because of the bad service
This is our second great experience at this Applebee's this year! First before my birthday back in February and then came back in March for our anniversary. Staff was positive and friendly but they're glad to be there. And both occasions the food was delicious from the cheese stick mozzarella appetizers do the twofer meals on the menu. One of the best dishes on the two for menu where's grilled chicken and shrimp what's up some delicious mashed potatoes. I ordered a side salad was just about 1 Camille in and of itself it was delicious with fresh greens and vegetables grated cheese on top and your choice of dressings. Obviously it's a particular location the earlier you can go more attention you get it won't be as busy how do you recommend this Applebee's we plan on going again probably for another special occasion
Ambience is good and food is ok, drinks are ok. But our waiter continuously asking for us to order the main course. Worth the visit during happy hours only.
Great service. Most of the food great. But i try shrimps and chicken plate and it has tooo much black pepper. But the pasta and the steack was delicious.
So delicious!! The batter was crispy, not too oily, and light! Mmmmmmm! The fish tacos were great, the fish and shrimp were delightful and the deep fried Oreos were a revelation!!Would highly recommend and for sure go back next time we are in the city!! Only downside is that they close at 6pm!! Gotta hurry to get there for dinner!

Service was poor watching your server cleaning off tables instead of filling your order. I ordered some mayo hamburger was dry like to dip Fry's meal was cold drinks were empty patiently watched him clean three tables and then I had to remind them that we needed drinks and still waiting on mayonnaise! Kind of felt sorry for the server he had no priorities . Don't go there when they are busy , management doesn't address the problem for Holliday's. I guess that's new normal that's being brain washed.
Order take out if you have to eat here. The service was horrendous. I was one person and couldn’t even get my water refilled. Not worth your time or money, was treated like a another Bill that walked in. Could had walked out without paying they chose to pay that little attention to me. I ordered the classic burger she asked if I wanted it pink or well done I got it well done and the burger came out cold. No napkins and never even got the chance to ask if ranch cost extra. They gave the people next to me a discount on there meal but didn’t even acknowledge me sitting there with a empty plate in font of me. The worst service you could imagine forget being rude these people don’t deserve you time. If you have to sit down do not tip they are not going to take care of you and the worst decision I made that day was paying for my meal after sitting at a table for 35 mins with no water my plates were taken but because my server wasn’t worried about her table no one else wanted to help me. They told me for 25 mins that they would let me server know about all my needs and the only time she came to me was to take my order. No napkins, water refills, ask if I was okay with my cold burger that o had cooked extra, absolutely nothing. If I could had left a negative tip I would’ve but the buser did her job and so did the hostess do it wouldn’t had been fair but I I guarantee that selfish server didn’t even tip out her Buser and her hostess so it never mattered in the first place. The Og and Indian cuisine place that are located in the same parking lot as this are far better investment.
Very unprofessional bad staff work here including the manager is Soo rude and unprofessional including most girls very rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant to eat there and ruin your good time with ot without family. I went there few times with my girl friend and I and every trip we have had very bad experience...
