How is this place so highly rated?Quality was average. Tempura batter better than other places but sauce was either off the shelf or just terribly made (watery and too sour). Sashimi cuts were very fatty and no wasabi or citrus was provided with it. Like come on, that's just basic.
Appears to be a family operated business, very friendly , clean with generous delicious food portions.We are on vacation and met up with our nephew to dine here and the staff were very kind to not rush us off after closing.Our nephew tried to eat fast to make his drive back to Sacramento.The sushi had generous slices of sushi, the begulgi entre was enough for four people!
I went here recently for the first time. I enjoyed my experinece here and would recommend it if you want sushi. I got:-fremont 5-0-tekka maki-unagi roll-coppa mascapone-hot green tea.I really liked all the food i got but i found the unagi in the unagi roll was kind of overpowered by the cucumber and avocado, so I would probably get the unagi nigiri next time. I also got some tea and i frankly did not enjoy it at all. Overall i would recommend the place if you want sushi
Don't get me wrong, the food has always been excellent as it was today. However when you order an appetizer you expect it to arrive first, not last after half your meal is finished.BTW, the Fried Calamari didn't look like they were prepared onsite, the rings too evenly covered and there were no tentacles. Will not order again.
Good food and clean ambiance. Went on a weekday so may be thats the reason we got a quick service. Overall Met our expectations
We went for a sushi dinner here and luckily there was no wait for us. We were seated right away and through the QR code we got the menu on the phone. We ordered hot sake and gave orders for sushi rolls online. In no time we received the order. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our dinner peacefully.
Awesome place! Was driving home from a niners game & it was recommended, especially for the way they operate & treat their guests. Food was bomb plus great ambiance. A+ all the way.
Food and service was great. They were really accommodation to make room for a stroller that was with our group. Small place, better for couples or small groups.
If you want good sushi come here I recommend trying the ULTIMATE K.O
It's okay. They give a lot of food for the price which is nice. The ahi tuna in the chirashi didn't taste very good and the color seemed off.The previous time we tried to eat there, we called to make a reservation, but our group wasn't even on the list when we arrived. We waited for another 10 minutes before ended up going to Miki's instead. Why take a call if you're not going to put the name down?
