For the price you pay, the size of the drink is pretty large. I ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea and it was great. Not too sweet and flavorful. For introverts like me, there's a kiosk to order drinks.

I've had the tiger sugar milk here before, which is great - the typical brown sugar boba that many other places do around here. Nice and sweet with warm boba.My favorite from this place is actually the sesame puff (with boba). Nice and creamy sesame flavor with some type of creama on top. This is easily among my favorite boba spots in our area over here in the local Fremont / Union City/ Hayward area.Great, quick service, delicious boba milk drinks. Highly recommended.

So this top is for drinking without a straw. How am I supposed to get to the boba? The outside of the cup was super sticky all over and it got on my hands and my car. Please clean the cup before handing it to customers. I ordered half sugar, it tastes like 150% sugar. Also ordered waffles and it was handed to me raw and soggy. I really wanted a refund. Not even 5/10 minutes after the orders, they weren't able to process a refun (connection issues). This was an awful experience and waste of food and drinks. I still want my refund

I've been here four times and it's my favorite tea place now. They use great ingredients, the tea is quite high quality and there are many options. The different mousses you can get on top are creative, more than just sea salt foam clones.Off the top of my head, I love the uji matcha latte and matcha mousse. But I LOVE the nutellamisu mousse! It's a chocolate hazelnut coffee mousse (nutella+tiramisu). It's great on the #5 milk tea and I have also liked it on some of the oolongs. I am going to try it on coffee soon. I also want to try some of the fruit ones and rose. (jsyk, they would not make the rose milk tea because apparently their rose tea does not hold up well to milk, but I have seen someone get it with mousse.)
I love this place, but please update y’all’s hours on all platforms.Editing review because company asked where the wrong time was and it’s on the tpass app. Which for anyone who doesn’t know is an app that allows you to place and pay for orders ahead of time kind of like doordash, but for tea. I placed an order on their only to show up and be told they were closing soon and would be canceling my order
